LOCATION: Superstition Lakes Resort is a spectacular gated waterfront community, which adjoins the beautiful Superstition Springs Golf Course in Mesa, Arizona. Tucked into the middle of the Superstition Springs entertainment and retail corridor, this small complex is an oasis in the midst of what has become one of the most popular vacation locations. The grounds are well maintained and landscaped with many permanent residents that take pride in where they live. The freeway entrance (HWY 60) is just blocks away and the Phoenix airport is a 25 minute drive. Previous guests state “This is the BEST LOCATION”.
RESTAURANTS: Walking distance to restaurants such as PF Chang’s, Starbucks, BJ’s Brewhouse, Carrabba’s Italian, Krispy Kreme, On the Border Mexican and many more. At Superstition Springs Mall there are more restaurants like Cheesecake Factory, Tuesday Ruby, Red Lobster, and more. Everything from fine dining to casual can be found within a 5 mile range from the condo.
SHOPPING: You can walk to Superstition Springs Mall – about 20 minutes for great shopping at Macy’s, Dillard’s, Sears, JC Penney and much more. Plus there are outlet store just a short drive away like Nordstrom’s Last Chance and Neiman Marcus’s Last Call.
GROCERIES – ENTERTAINMENT: Walking distance to the grocery store and you can walk to the golf course clubhouse too! A 25 screen cinema is just a short walk. This unit is only steps away from the complex’s well maintained heated pool, spa, community barbecues and club house. You hardly need a car in this great location. Take a daily walk alongside the lakes with swaying palm trees to keep you fit....or just an eight minute drive away is Red Mountain Fitness Center which has a great weight room and lots of drop in fitness classes.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: King bed in master suite, Queen bed in 2nd bedroom furnished with new high quality linens with extra pillows and blankets. Both bathrooms have hair dryers and the showers are equipped with shower heads that include removable hand held sprayers with many settings for your enjoyment. Each bedroom has a bath room accessible without having to go into the common area. Lots of extras! Including your own cozy bathrobe and oversized towels in the large walk-in closet off the master bedroom.
KITCHEN and DINING RM: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters and top-notch appliances including a steam washer and dryer for your laundry needs. There is a food, processor, slow cooker, quality cookware, wine glasses, and the cupboards stocked with spices, coffees, teas, condiments, paper goods, including aluminum foil and plastic storage bags. Enjoy designer tableware including serving pieces. Dining table has a leaf that opens to seat six guests. There are two swivel bar stools for watching the cook in the kitchen at the granite eating bar.
OPEN LIVING AREA: Reclining sofa and loveseat, large TV, DVD player and stereo radio/CD playing and there is Wi-Fi. Bookshelf stocked with reading books, DVD movies, games, travel guides, etc. There is a desk in the master suite for your computer or make-up needs. Two large patio doors open to where most quests find as their favorite location to watch the sunsets, have morning coffee or enjoy their meals. You can watch the golfers, the Canadian geese, blue heron, red tail hawks, ducks and many other types of wildlife only a few feet from your comfortable swivel/rocker patio chair. This is an end unit and has been designed for privacy.
DAY TRIPS: You can take day trip to the legendary Superstition Mountains where you can search for the Lost Dutchman's mine, or travel to Tortilla Flats for a time you will never forget!!! Of course, there are other popular Arizona tourist attractions including Grand Canyon, Sedona, Tucson or Flagstaff just a day trip away. Rocky Point Mexico (Puerto Penasco) is an easy drive to the south. It is also an easy overnight drive to Las Vegas

I may not be your lowest quote, but I know my condo is quality and my previous guests’ state “by far you are the BEST!!” Come and enjoy SUN in the Winter – Fall – or Spring. I will do everything possible to ensure you, your family and guests have an enjoyable, memorable stay in my condo.
BOOKING: Reservations for 2017 will be open in May 2016. All previous guest have first opportunity to re-book for the following year. Reservations for March 2017 must be for a minimum of two weeks: either March 4th to March 18th or March 18th to April 1st or the entire month of March.

Hi future guests, I am from orginially from Portland, Oregon. In 2006, I decided to look for a condo in Mesa, AZ to get out of the rain and cold weather of Oregon during the winter months. I was single and thought it would be fun to meet some gentlemen for some dinner dates while in Arizona real estate condo exploring. So, I put myself on a Internet dating site. There was alot of correspondence with several suiter, but one person really stood above the rest. We meet, one year late we became engaged and another year later we got married. WOW!...the condo brought me a great husband... But it also brought a GREAT place to share with others while visiting Mesa, AZ.

When I first saw the condo at Superstition Lakes, I was amazed at the view of the golf course, the lakes, the walking paths and the wonderful Arizona sunsets all this from the patio of the condo. WOW! I had looked at several condos around Phoenix and this stood out as the BEST... It was located close to the freeway (Hwy 60), walking distances to restaurants even to Fry's grocery store. And of course a shopping mall just around the corner. The condo has a swimming pool and hot tub just a few steps away. The location was a WINNER!!!
What makes this Condo unique
First of all, you have luxury furnishings in the condo. Recliner sofa's, expandable dining table, patio furniture, large barb-be-que, king and queen beds with luxury sheets, Internet desk, the list goes on.... But you will also enjoy THE VIEW!!!.. It is awsome...watching the golfers and wildlife around the lake....And the condo has a garage for your car to keep out of the sun....but most of all you'll enjoy your own secluded hide-a-way close to EVERYTHING!!!

We just got back from a week at this beautiful condo. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Mesa area. As mentioned below, the pictures on the website just do not do it justice. It is furnished with everything you could possibly need and we love the location. The walking paths in the area are great. We'll definitely be back!
Ideal Homeaway Host and Rental
Christina has thought of everything. Her place is perfect for a getaway to the valley of the sun. Ideally located and so convenient!

Four adults in our family spent the week of January 6-13, 2018 together at this condominium in Mesa. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the accommodations were excellent in every respect. The condominium was was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, dining, laundry, and entertainment. Superstition Lakes is a gated area and we felt very safe and secure at all times. It is maintained very well and we enjoyed the walking trails, pool and hot tub. Several restaurants, shops, a golf course, and supermarket are conveniently located within walking distance. We have stayed at several other vacation rental properties which were very nice, but this one is outstanding for organization, attention to details, and efforts made by the owners to accommodate guests. Clear instructions were provided for use of appliances. Locations for storing utensils and supplies were labeled. Plenty of information about shopping, dining, activities, and area attractions was provided. Every time we needed to get in touch with the owners, there was a prompt response. So we certainly recommend this vacation rental and would not hesitate to stay there again. The location is convenient, and the owners do an excellent job of managing the property.
Pond has been drained
Part of the appeal of this condo is the view off the patio and that was not there this year. It was empty and smelled, not good. This is a nice condo but needs to be updated. The beds should be replaced and a deep cleaning is needed. The location couldn't be better for shopping and eating out. The walking paths are something we look forward to using every year after our long and cold winters.
After ten years of owning this condo, this is the first partially negative comment I have received.
The adjoining golf course, not owned or associated with the condos, is converting the water pond to a sand hazard, which has caused a temporary "mud hole" for the 2016/2017 season during construction. However, the remaining part of the green golf course and the wonderful sunsets are still present. We are sorry for the construction inconvenience affecting the beauty of the view, but it is completely out of my control.
Regarding updating the condo, every year the condo is updated and improved. In the summer of 2016 the floor rugs were replaced, new furniture installed in family and dining room, and new wall pictures hung in several rooms. New linen are replaced every three to four years and every effort is made to keep the condo in an updated and pristine condition.
The condo is deep cleaned every year prior to the arrival of the winter visitors. In the summer months the condo receives all maintenance and is painted. The condo is completely cleaned within four hours between guests during the winter. The master bedroom king bed has a memory foam pad on the bed as was requested by a previous guest. Mattress firmness is a personal matter, but the condo has quality beds and pillow choices for your comfort.
When you stay at my condo and you have any problem please contact me immediately to correct the issue. I live locally and can respond quickly. I ask for suggestions for improvement each year from my guest and implement as many as possible.
This property is close to shopping, recreation and reataurants. The condo is clean, well appointed and the patio does offer fantastic sunset views.
A great location
Once you enter the condo you will immediately see that the owner, Christina Budde has done a fantastic job of making you feel welcome and comfortable. This pristine rental property is well stocked and highly organized with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The condo is nicely appointed with appropriate Arizona decor. The location is close to restaurants, grocery store and a shopping mall. The patio is almost like a bonus entertainment area. If you should rent this property grab a bottle of wine (or your favorite beverage) and head to the patio to see spectacular sunsets and the incoming geese that will land on the lake for the evening. My wife and I had a very enjoyable time during our two week stay and are hoping to return.
The condo is walking distance to several restaurants and grocery store. It is located on Superstition Springs Golf Course with a great view of lakes, greens and wonderful sunsets.
