About the property

Brand new, we just bought this studio, it has been renting since 2018

Large (45 m2) and elegant studio, very bright in any season, located in one of the most beautiful old palaces "Belle Epoque" of Menton: It is ideally placed in the city: in the heart of everything and at the bottom of a park in seafront, with a very nice view of sea and garden.

The building has two entrances, one sea side, exactly on the seaside promenade, at the bottom of the garden, and another, city side, in the center of all the shops. (Daily markets, Carrefour city, Naturalia, bakery voted best South-East bakery, pedestrian streets, etc.)

The apartment has just been completely redone and arranged to provide maximum comfort and facilities because we want our tenants are happy. There is a large bed (180x200), with a very good bed, a desk with WIFI, a large flat screen. All the furniture is new.

To park, there are two paying underground car parks, very safe, one at 150m, the other at 300m.

However, in Menton and in the region, it is really possible to do without a car. If tenants arrive by train or plane, we usually pick them up by car from the train or bus station.

The residence is very quiet and very well inhabited, residents are accustomed to great mutual respect. We ask our tenants to respect this silence for a good harmony.
