This perfect 42 sqm duplex (entrance on the 2nd floor) in a lovely and quiet building is comfortable.
You will enjoy your night in the double bed in the mezzanine as well as in the gorgeous sofa. ou will also find every commodities : TV, internet, very large closet, a kitchen with a bar and chairs with all amenities (oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and plates, glasses and knives and forks set) and a bathroom with design shower. The loft is very quiet and bright all year round thanks to its huge roof windows.
Please note that there is no electric blind to the roof windows in the living room (there is one in the bedroom though).
You will have access to the whole flat
I may not be available to welcome you in my a flat. If so, a friend of mine will come and greet you. I will of course remain at your disposal to give you tips and advices about Paris.
