Perfect accommodation and lovely owner

We booked this property for 10 nights mid June 2017 for 3 adults and an infant. My wife and I have worked previously for a combined 10 seasons overseas for a U.K. tour operator and as such are aware of potential trip wires while being open minded to a degree to local culture / acceptable health and safety standards. So here is our honest opinion of this choice of apartment.

In a nutshell it was perfect for our needs and exceeded expectations from before we even arrived. Carman (the owner) is organised beforehand, helpful and polite on arrival and clearly takes pride in the facilities she rents out. Nothing is too much hassle and arranged with a smile; a cot, toys for our 18 month old daughter and even a bottle of vino for us.

The rooms are a decent size and have built in wardrobes and plenty of storage. Ceiling fans in each room too, with air con is the front room which controls the temperature of the apartment. Front room is big with everything you need.. wifi, tv and even online streaming of U.K. tv which was unexpected. From microwaves, hair dryers, to washing machine and ironing facilities this place is literally home away from home.

What makes this place great in our opinion is the location and security. Gated private complex (with beautiful gardens and a fab private pool rarely used by anyone other than us!), then into our apartment block also locked, up to 2nd floor (by lift), iron gate / the double locked solid wood door... no one is breaking in here! No noise at night either which was a bonus.

The location is ace. With a pram and 65 year old mother we left here and we're at the beach in 10 mins.. turn left and you walk to Toremolinos, turn right and it's the marina. Within 10 mins you can have typical Brit / Irish bars, Spanish bars restaurants beach bars, clubby bars or Burger King, that's the beauty of staying here; it caters for everyone.

Carman I thank you so much and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you are considering this apartment take my (well educated) word for it that you won't be sorry you made this decision, it's perfect!

Our maxim is the excellence in everything we do and in the case of rentals we want customers to feel as good as in their own homes, this is a stimulus for us. That's why we have dishwashers in the kitchen, and multiple appliances , high-end mattresses, wifi, that thank the tenants, etc... And above all our most cordial treatment. The apartment also has a hypermarket behind the house which facilitates tenants' purchases. The pool is very quiet and often the guests who use it tell us the same thing as you, which looks like a private pool, because it is all the time to enjoy them alone. The property was lovely and Carmen provided an excellent service.

Our overall experience was okay. The apartment was well furnished and comfortable. The main downside for my family was the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms. The ceiling fans merely circulated the warm air and made sleeping difficult. Sleep deprevation had an impact on the overall enjoyment of the holiday.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your positive comments. Something very important that you did not do is to lower the awning of the living room at sunrise hours, nor did it lower the blinds of the rooms at the hours of maximum intensity of the sun to keep the apartment cool and leave the air conditioning on. I think everything has been because you did not take the proper precautions to keep the house cool.   No one from all the tenants commented that the ceiling fan was insufficient, if you put it to a minimum you should have put it to the max as it is completely noiseless. Maybe you did not open the windows either, as the customers told me they did not use the air conditioning because the seating was very nice with the circulating air. Unfortunately you have come in a heat wave that is not usual. Regards

Great apartment, great hosts. A lovely spacious apartment that has everything you need and more. Nice views, great location. We enjoyed the pool and had it to ourselves most days, which was fab! Would, definitely, recommend

Excellent apartment

Just back from a fantastic 13 night stay here. Thank you to Carmen and Angel. Everything is catered for in this apartment: Lovely, clean and well equipped. Even with a bottle of wine to welcome us :-) Ideal location...5 min walk to beach, 10 min to marina. Would be hard to go back to a hotel after this. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Apartment

Just come back from a week with my Sister and 2 children and had a fantastic time, beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. We were met by Carmen and her husband when we arrived and they showed us around the gardens, pool and explained how everything worked in the apartment. Would highly recommend a stay here. Ideally located to the beach and plenty of bars, restaurants and Lidl is literally around the corner from the apartment. Thank you Carmen :-)

Perfect Holiday Home

This apatment was perfect for our holiday in Torremolinos. The location is spot on, a few minutes walk from the beach and the nightlife, yet far enough to have quiteness at night time. The pool was lovely and not too noisey, however quite small, which we didnt mind as we spent most of our time at the beach. There was 6 of us staying together and the apartment still wasnt cramped. There was plenty of storage space and table room for us all, which was great! A Lidl shop is just accross the road which is ideal.

There is a lovely view of the beach from the bay window in the living area which makes this room lovely and bright. Most importantly, the apartment was extremely clean and tidy.

Thanks to Carmen and her partner for meeting us on arrival and departure and allowing stay in your beautiful holiday home. We would love to come back sometime!
