Authentic charm of a unique mountain chalet style decoration

For lovers of authenticity, cocooning, charm. Duplex apartment, completely renovated.

Redecorated in a typical mountain chalet style, with noble and healthy materials (solid wood called "burnt", carpet in pure new wool) and custom-made furniture. Unique pieces exclusively made for our apartment by young artists designers.

Apartment on two floors to preserve the intimacy and the space of all the guests. Located on the 3rd and last floor, in a building composed of very few apartments, guarantee of calm and comfort.

The most significant: Common areas closed and heated with carpet floor (in the vast majority of buildings in Avoriaz, corridors are outdoors and therefore very cold and raw concrete, so very very noisy).

Our apartment is located in the Falaise district. Easy parking, close to ski schools, 2 minutes from the plateau (strategic rdv for the courses), close to all shops. Departure and arrival skis to the feet. South facing. Very large terrace. Beautiful unobstructed view of the mountain.

Falaise area, very popular for its calm, its refinement, easy access to car parks, shops, proximity to ski departures (Plateau).

At the foot of the building, bakery, bar restaurant lounge (no nuisance), ski rental and equipment.

NB: rated 3 stars by the Ministry of Tourism (very rare in Avoriaz. Guarantee of exceptional comfort and refinement).

A great bolthole for a ski break. Cozy witj great views. 4 of is fit comfortably. Would come back.

Excellent stay

Excellent stay. Apartment is very conveniently located, charming decoration, foreseen of all possible comfort and appliances. Very friendly owners with whom it was easy communicating and who were very flexible. Would definitely recommend.

charment, opérationnel, partique

un charmant appartement, bien operationnel, pratique. l'équipe service ménagement a nous bien accueille. petit accident à réclamer : la qualité de clé d'appartement est mauvaise, j'ai juste pas bien mit, la clé est cassé en deux. 50€ pour retirer la moitie de clé par le service ménagement. une housse de coussin est été légèrement brulé et caché dans la couette par l'ancien locataire. j'ai la sorti et mis avec linge pour laver.
