Close to the railway station and the city center, the house offers on the 1st level 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 separate WC and, on the 2nd level, a large living room of 70 m2 with exposed beams and antique parquet floor, open kitchen and 1 separate WC. The cherry on the cake: the small garden raised in the back, fully enclosed and secured, ideal for children's games and the tranquility of parents.

A Lovely Apartment

This is a large and very well appointed apartment with everything you need for a long or short stay. It is very clean, comfortable and spacious. It is ideally placed for the station and town centre but is situated on a fairly quiet side street. We enjoyed our short stay very much and would highly recommend the property. We didn't get to use the garden but it's an attractive added bonus!

There are a lot of stairs so it might not suit those with mobility issues. Not a problem for us.

Roman sur isere är en mycket trevlig stad, med närhet till bergen och till 2 bmx-banor

En mycket ljus, rymlig och trevlig lägenhet, med promenadavstånd till såväl bagerier, kaféer, restauranger och mataffärer. Stor parkering precis mittemot huset.

Fräscht och välstädat vid ankomsten.

Vi blev väl mottagna och introducerade i lägenheten.

Uthyraren talar både franska och engelska .

Och är väldigt hjälpsam och svarar på alla frågor snabbt.

Vi tillbringade en vecka i staden för ett bmx-läger, och det fanns 2 mycket fina banor på nära avstånd samt en pumptrack.

Vi gjorde också en utflykt till bergen, med fantastiska stigar och utsiktsplatser.
