About Shelley Goldman

I always loved vacationing in New Mexico. After 15 years of exploring the beautiful state which has so much to offer, I decided to purchase this condo. That was over ten years ago. I have been renting it out as long and have loved sharing my home with others who enjoy it as much as I do. I spend time there as well, whenever possible since I live most of the time in New York .

Shelley Goldman purchased this condo in 2007

Why Shelley Goldman chose Santa Fe

For many years I dreamed of owning a property in New Mexico. Of all the beautiful places I visited in New Mexico, I chose the Tesuque, Santa Fe location. I stayed in this condo on one of my vacations as a rental. I found out is was for sale. Something felt right to me. Maybe it was the rainbow that I saw from my front patio my last day there. The location was perfect - close to Santa Fe but not in Santa Fe. I could take advantage of everything Santa Fe had to offer but also enjoy the quiet an beauty of the landscape. I made an offer two weeks after my return to my life in New York. It took a couple of months but soon enough it was mine!

What makes this condo unique

Location. location, location and nice pool!

Lovely Casita in a perfect location...

  • 5 of 5

We vacationed 9/6 - 9/12/2016 in this casita located on the outskirts of Santa Fe - about 10-15 minutes from the downtown "Plaza". It is equipped with all the conveniences of home. Loved the southwest decor - 2 kiva's (one in family room, other in master bedroom). Unfortunately it wasn't cold enough to use the kiva's - maybe next time! Very large patio to enjoy a nice and relaxing evening after a busy day of sight-seeing and shopping. The community heated pool was a very nice "plus". We definitely recommend this casita to anyone who is interested in vacationing in Santa Fe. If you want to stay in a place that is close to everything, but yet far enough away from traffic and noise to be able to relax and soak in the beauty of your surroundings, then this casita is perfect for you!

Excellent location, decor and ambience.

  • 5 of 5

Private, relaxing, and authentically Southwest. Just minutes from Santa Fe and just a little over an hour to Ghost Ranch or Taos. It was great to start each morning there and recharge at night. Thank you Shelley for sharing your retreat.

Peaceful and relaxing family time!

  • 4 of 5

We had a fantastic stay at Peublo Encantado! The condo was perfect, spacious and lovely Santa Fe style decor! Although we ate out most evenings, we appreciated the fully stocked kitchen! It was nice to not have to bring coffee filters, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc.! Shelley had everything we needed! The only reason we didn't give this place a 5 star rating, was the Wifi was very spotty, which got frustrating at times. It seemed to work best in the bedrooms, but not so great in the living room. Our favorite part of our trip was the hike to Rio En Medio falls! It was a challenging hike at times, but worth the end result!!! We would definitely return!!

Love staying in Santa Fe!

  • 4 of 5

Wonderful place. Beds are all very comfy! One of the best I've slept on. Master bath & kitchen were great. The 2nd bath could use a little TLC. Sink faucet spewed water to the side, tub needs caulking & shower head needs cleaning. Otherwise, fantastic! This was our 3rd year to stay at Pueblo Encantado. And this was the best home, for sure. Would definitely stay again!! Love being close to Tesuque Market. Thanks, Shelley!

High desert condo, close to town, incredible views.

  • 5 of 5

Clean, cozy, well stocked condo with awesome views of mountains and desert. Tastefully decorated southwestern. Kiva fireplace was perfect when we were gifted with unexpected snow. Perfect base for 4 wild and crazy women of a certain age celebrating a birthday. We loved our visit to nearby Ojo Caliente Mineral Pools and Spa in the snow, a birthday meal at Cafe Pasquale, and a sunset cocktail at the bell tower at La Fonda Hotel. Yea Santa Fe!! We'll be back, for sure.
