It has 2 Bedrooms with a loft (loft can be used as 3rd BR [and is in other identical floor plans]), 2.5 Baths, 1-car attached garage. This unit is a 2-Story Design Townhome and has tile throughout 1st floor and all other wet areas.

Beautiful weather all year around! The property has just about everything you would need to have a great vacation or even an extended stay. The food is excellent. Fort Myers Beach has white powdery sand. Development is peaceful and serene with a real community feel!

We choose this property after viewing several in 2004 in the prime building of the area. This floor plan was by far the best we saw. The master bedroom is HUGE with vaulted ceilings and has a master bath with a walk-in tiled shower. It is evidently common but a real wow factor for us coming from the Chicago/Milwaukee area where this is not nearly as common.
This unit is right across from the pool and clubhouse that is quite convenient. The smaller development with a lot of seasonal residents is very quiet yet offers a great class of snow birds that seem to have a great time when meeting at the pool and common areas.
One of the features I was unaware of when purchasing that is a HUGE plus to residents is the private patio with paver bricks and 8' x 8' glass doors right off your living room.
The Town home was clean, nicely furnished, and the open floor plan allows for great feng shui while still providing privacy. My family stayed in Jan 07' and we swam, sunbathed and relaxed at the pool/clubhouse everyday, and often had it to ourselves.
Proximity to the beach is 15 minutes and shopping/dinning is 5 minutes.

Touring the Henry Ford and Thomas Edison Museum.
And Of Course Browsing The Fort Myers Harley Dealer.
Wonderful get away and we will definitively be back.
The condo was clean, nicely decorated, all anmenities that we could want. There was a van for our use, towels, sheets, tv dvd, board games.... We enjoyed the area, the beaches were beautiful & the resturants were great. The weather was great, plenty to do, people were friendly. I look forward to returning!
The townhome was extremely beautiful! Everything is there for you, pots, pans, towels etc... The pool is right across the street or Ft Myers Beach is a 15-20 minute drive. Several excellent restaurants in the area. (Millers Ale House a must)

This community is right on Metro Parkway, 10 minutes to I-75, 15 minutes to airport, 30 minutes to beach (a little longer during season), 2 minutes to Edison Mall, great restaurants within minutes, 5 minutes to Route 41 (Tamiami Trail), 10 minutes to tennis courts. Just far enough away from the hustle/bustle yet this close to everything.
