A cozy modern ski-lodge with lots of comfort! The living room space w/fireplace is open to kitchen and creates an open spacious yet warm and cozy atmosphere. The large deck overlooks trees and a pond, and it's a walking distance to slopes at the top of the mountain.

The house has been completely renovated including a brand new wood floor and brand new leather furniture, and all new bedding. There is a bar area with 3 stools that is a fun place to relax.

Great layout and nicely appointed unit, it feels like a ski resort

The only drawback was the cable wouldn’t work in the loft or family room and not good in the master, it wouldn’t usually be a big deal but it was 7 degrees all day and we stayed indoors

Overall a super pleasant experience!

Came for a girls weekend and it was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for everyone and beautiful location and townhome. Really enjoyed using the fire pit out back at night. The only suggestion would be there were a few areas not cleaned as well as some of my guests would have liked - dirty microwave, shower had some soap scum and dust under the couches. Doors to the back porch were a bit difficult to open and a bit cloudy. Also the hand soap in the bathrooms were empty so we had to run to Dollar General to get some.

However we had a great time in this beautiful space and hope to make this a yearly tradition!

Could be cute if?

Arrived and found toilet dirty. Sliding doors and screens almost unusable.

After finding bath rooms in poor condition it made me wonder if the sheets were clean from that last time someone stayed there.

On the other had it was a great location and in general we had a good stay.

Would suggest that the owner find a reliable cleaning and repair person.

I would stay there again if things were clean and in working condition.

Owner's Response: I think this review is fair but I want to provide additional details here that will help the reader and future guests understand why this review is the only one that is less than 5 stars over the past 10 years. I'm the owner and I hired a company to repair the sliding doors (both glass and screen) to the deck, because I got a note the week before that it is hard to close the door (which means it's time to clean the tracks and perhaps replace the rollers) which is pretty routine in this area. So I took an immediate action, as I normally do, so the home can be perfect for my upcoming guests. As soon as the guests informed me of the cleanliness of the bathroom (which was the only part of the home that was not clean) I called the company I hired to fix the door and indeed the team were there the day before the guests arrived, and yes, one of their employees did use the bathroom and apparently did not leave it in perfect condition. They apologized and I made sure this can not happen again. I also know it is not a mistake by my cleaning lady because I had her for years and she's doing a terrific job, she is not one to miss a bathroom or anything. But things happen sometimes, and I apologized to the guests and also refunded them $50 of the cleaning fee. This was before I saw the review by the way, it was simply the right thing to do. I take pride in having a great cozy home that is clean and comfortable. My guests were super clean and friendly, and I rated them as such - top 5 stars, and again, this was done before I got to see their review of my home. Like I said, sometimes things slip and are not under my control but I try hard to make amend. I do hope to have my guests back and I will continue to do my best to provide the home in perfect shape, as all other reviews for this home highlight.

Very clean and well-furnished!

The property was everything we could have hoped for. We found everything we needed to make a full meal in the kitchen, and all of the bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. We had a slight issue getting Netflix to work on the TV, but we weren't really expecting a smart TV on the property anyway.

Nice condo for short stay

This was a nice place for a short stay. Access to the slopes was quick and convenient. The place is well-stocked (except for matches!) and in relatively good shape. It could have used a deep clean and vacuuming under all the furniture. The wood floors were great - nice to not have old carpet! The bedrooms are not super private. The second bedroom has a large window (with shutters) that's looks over the living space and the 3rd bedroom (with twin beds) is an open loft. It wasn't a problem for us. But if you're traveling with people with different sleep schedules or small kids, this might be an issue. Gil was great and responsive and adddressed all our questions and concerns. All in all a nice place for a weekend away!
