The only sound you will hear at night is a distant fountain and you will wake up with birds singing in the morning.
The area is world famous for its ancient village-like streets and it is full of traditional restaurants, bars and pubs. It is itself one of the city attractions.
The apartment is at walking distance from all the most popular sites and it is very well serviced by public transportation. Within a five minutes walk you will find 4 supermarkets, many food stores, a big wine shop, an organic food store and an open air market. The exact location is via Filippo Casini.
The street is part of the centre but it is definetely out of the noise and the caos, yet it is only five minutes away from the lively and interesting medieval neighborhood of Trastevere and a 15 minutes walk from the main tourist attractions. The street is exclusive, residential and very green, it is also very peaceful and the building, which hosts only 8 apartments, was designed by a famous architect in 1928.
This apartment welcomes the guests with a tasteful decoration, nice views over private gardens with palm trees and a touch of luxury. It is kept very clean, it is bright, confortable and quiet.

Paolo met us promptly, had everything ready and prepared including written description of how to get around and where to go for restaurants etc. Property is located on a quiet residential street in Trastevere with convenient walks to bus stops, tram and restaurants. Trastevere night life is fun and active. Property was clean and had ac which was nice after a hot day outside.
We really enjoyed our time at this property! Paolo communicated well with us before and during our stay. The property has a small elevator for your luggage which is GREAT for weary travelers! It was very clean and spacious (except the shower is a little small) and it had everything we needed for our 4-night stay. The air conditioner worked well - we were very thankful for that during the extremely hot and humid days! Public transportation was very close, allowing us to get to all areas of Rome easily. There is also an ATM machine/Bancomat within easy walking distance. We LOVED the Trastevere area - it's really charming with lots of restaurants and cobblestone streets. We would recommend this place to friends and family and would love to stay again the next time we are in Rome. Thanks, Paolo!
Paolo and Carmen were a pleasure to deal with, very helpful!
This is a beautiful large sunny apartment stocked with everything you need. Walking distance to all the historical sites. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Rome.
This is a lovely spacious flat that easily accommodated the four of us with space to spare. It contains all the necessary things
for a very comfortable stay -- even for those of us who really like to cook. Trastevere is a quieter part of Rome, but many of the more popular sites are within walking distance and the tram over the bridge is very convenient. The flat is located a short walk from the main square and from many cafes, restaurants and shops. We have stayed in a number of places in Rome, but this is absolutely our favorite. Although we never met Paolo -- his staff were lovely and efficient.
My husband and I stayed in Paolo's wonderful apartment for 4 nights and we were very happy to be there. It is located on a quiet street on the third floor of a charming apartment building so there was no street noise. The view from the apartment was trees so when we looked out it looked like we were in a tree house in the middle of Roma. The apartment was spacious and well located. We walked to the Vatican and the Centro Storico. And we loved being in Trastevere but a little away from the crowded and noisy part. Paolo is a wonderful host.
