About the apartment:
This gorgeous 65sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a charming Parisian building with an elevator. It has been recently renovated to give you the comforts of home while stay-ing in an historic building in the heart of the 1st Arrondissement.
Upon entering the flat, there is an entryway from which you can access all of the rooms in the apartment. Just off the hall you have the master bedroom with plenty of closet space and stor-age for all your belongings, as well as a full-length mirror and bright window overlooking a quaint side street. All bedding, sheets and pillows are provided and you will find the bed neat-ly made on arrival. Extra linens are included for the sofa bed.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and hair dryer. There is also a clothes washing and drying machine so you can pack lightly and save room in your luggage for some Parisian sou-venirs. An iron and board are also at your disposal. On arrival complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 4 people you as well.
Next to the bathroom lies the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is bright, modern and fully equipped for your stay. There is a 2-plate electric cooker, refrigera-tor/freezer, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans to help you cook some of the delicious French produce available nearby as well as a dining table for 4 people, so your group can enjoy home cooked meals.
The lounge area with has many windows overlooking the chic shopping street of Rue Saint Honoré. It contains a comfortable sofa, and flat screen television with cable. This sofa can be pulled out to provide an additional sleeping area for another guest if needed.
The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your visit should warm temperatures be in the Paris weather forecast. A member of our Welcoming Team will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and entry codes, a tour of the apartment and its appliances, help you to con-nect to the Wi-Fi and more. You’ll find a personal guidebook in the flat with suggestions on where to eat and shop in Paris.
About the 1st Arrondissement Location:
This charming vacation rental is located in the bustling 1st arrondissement, and is ideal for anyone looking to explore the city by foot. The neighbourhood is full of restaurants, Parisian bistros, wine bars and cafes, as well as many boutiques and shops. You are steps from the en-trance to the most famous art museum in the world, the Louvre, as well as countless other popular sights. The Palais Royale, with its stunning striped columns is just moments from your front door, as well as the gorgeous Tuileries Gardens and Musee de l’Orangerie. There is also the chic Rue St Honore full of high-end shops and boutiques. The gorgeous market street of Rue Montorgueil is 5 minutes from your front door and offers a huge range of restaurants, boulangeries, cafes, butchers, cheese shops, fruit stands and more! The Japanese quarter is 5 minutes walk as well, with steaming bowls of ramen available at all hours.
With its close proximity to Chatelet/Les Halles (Lines 1, 4, 7 and 11), reaching other areas of the capital is a breeze! Just hop on the train to reach the Marais, Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and more! The Les Halles station also connects to the RER C, making travelling to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports incredibly easy and direct. The RER A also travels from this station, getting you and your family to Disneyland Paris in less than an hour. The Sentier metro station (Line 3) also gives you quick access to the Re-publique square and Pere Lachaise Cemetery.

- Minimum Stay is 5-6 nights, with shorter stays accepted if the booking fits our calendar
- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees apply after 7:00PM.
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Final cleaning fee: 80€
- Damage Deposit. A 400€ damage deposit payment is required before arrival
- Smoking. All of our apartments are non-smoking.
- Pets. Unfortunately furry friends are not allowed in any of our homes.
- Parties. The apartment is not suitable for parties and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 5 people.

A 50% down payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is to be paid in cash on arrival.
A valid credit card must be provided at the check-in for a pre-authorization of the damage deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after the checkout, provided no damage is caused to the flat.
Late check-in: In the instance that you arrive between 7:00PM and 9:00PM there will be a 30 € late check-in fee, if you arrive even later, between 9:00PM and 11:00PM the check-in fee will be 50 €. Between 11:00PM and 1:00AM the check-in fee will be 80 €. After 1:00AM there will be a 100€ check-in fee.

Great location, very comfortable.
We loved the location of this unit. We were able to walk to many of the sites we wanted to see and it is really accessible to metro stops too. The bedrooms and bath were sufficient for our needs. So much better than a hotel room!
The only downside of this unit is the kitchen. Now I know when people are in Paris, they don't likely cook - they get out and enjoy all the fabulous places to eat. But, we had one night where we were all sick and didn't want to go out. We cooked dinner - but it was a challenge.

Not internet - unresponsive owners - illegal rental
The apartment itself is quite nice. Decorated well. Clean and in a fantastic location. That said I cannot recommend you stay here. We stayed for five days and notified management (it's owned by a fairly large company that owns apartments in Paris and London) on our first night that the internet wasn't working. After 10 more emails and texts (most of which were not responded to) the internet was never fixed (despite them saying that they tested it and it was working).
The second issue is that, according to the downstairs neighbor (who came up to let us know she could hear everything we were doing - and every footstep we made), the landlord has been notified that it is illegal to rent out the apartment. The neighbors do not want short term renters around and told us they were "fed up" and "weren't going to take it any more". This does not create an environment that is conducive to a relaxing vacation. There's like 10,000 rentals available in Paris - you should look elsewhere.
Dear Jason, thank you for your feedback. As for the Wi-Fi, this is the first time someone has complained about the connection. We have verified it and it seems to be functioning fine during your stay and after. If for any reason we seemed unapproachable, we apologize, as with a quick phone call or text message we could have easy come over to help you with the connection. We have checked the Wifi connection with the provider and they confirmed there was no issue.

We chose Saint Honore flat because the pictures attracted our attention with the nice light flowing in through the windows and we absolutely wanted to be in the 1st District this time. The apartment is well laid out and tastefully decorated (even if I would change the bedroom styles if I were to live there long-term). Perfectly spacious for 2-4 people. Everything was clean and there was a nice stock of cleaning supplies, towels, kitchen paper, toilet paper and soap. Management was easy to work with and Dan, who met us for checkin, very charming. J'adore!

Schöne Wohnung, aber
Die insgesamt recht saubere Wohnung wird an bis zu 5 ausdrücklich erwachsene Personen vermietet. Alle zusammen bekommen genau einen Schlüssel, mehr werden nicht ausgegeben. Das schränkt ein, wenn die Gäste nicht den ganzen Tag zusammenbleiben möchten. Durch die erste Haustür kommt man mit einem Code, aber die nächste Tür ist nur mit dem Schlüssel zu öffnen.
Wenn ein Gast bereits in der Wohnung ist, kann man auch leider nicht nach ihm läuten, denn es ist nicht bekannt, unter welchem Namen die Wohnung in der Klingelanlage gespeichert ist (diese Anfrage wurde mir nicht beantwortet). Ohne Handy sollte also niemand unterwegs sein.
Die beiden Schlafzimmer erfüllen ihren Zweck gut, sie sind sehr ruhig. Das Ausziehsofa steht im Zimmer zur Straße hin, und dort ist es durch viele Cafés und noch mehr Baustellen sehr laut, auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern - mehr, als ich es bisher in zentralen Großstadtwohnlagen erlebt habe.
Die Küche ist nicht ganz ideal eingerichtet. Becher, Gläser, flache Teller gibt es reichlich, Frühstücks- und Dessertschälchen gab es zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts nur 2. Kleine Schneidemesser, Schneidebrettchen, ... waren nicht vorhanden. Man kann sich irgendwie behelfen, doch würde ich in einer ausschließlich zur Vermietung gedachten Wohnung erwarten, dass die Küche durchdachter eingerichtet ist.
Im Haus ist es angenehm, mich stören Geräusche durch Bewohner, auch durch Kinder, nicht. Etwas beklemmend ist es da schon, dass die Wohnung gepflastert ist mit Warnungen, ja nur leise zu sein, alles sauberst zu hinterlassen, keinen Koffer durch die Wohnung zu rollen, ... Auch das Empfangsbuch ist voll mit Warnungen und Gebührenandrohungen. Richtig willkommen fühlte ich mich da nicht.
Anders als auf den Fotos zu sehen, liegt in der Wohnung ein dicker Teppichboden aus. Ich vermute mal, um die lauten Schritte der Gäste zu dämpfen. Der Teppich schien recht neu zu sein, mir ist in Ferienappartements jedoch ein glatter Boden sympathischer. Ansonsten sieht es haargenau so aus wie auf den Bildern.
Obohl ich unseren Paris-Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen habe, würde ich nicht noch einmal bei diesem Anbieter (der offensichtlich in London sitzt und in Paris lediglich Angestellte beschäftigt) eine Wohnung mieten wollen. Privat habe ich da bessere Erfahrungen gemacht.
Impressive apartment! Worth the stay
Very impressive apartment, incredibly spacious and light. Luxurious like the photos, beautiful flooring an decorative details. Clean with nice amenities like towels and linens. It looks just like the photos. We loved the location and walked to most places. The only thing I'd change are the dining chairs if I were going to live there long term as they aren't terribly comfortable. You can overlook this when staying for a holiday, no problem.
