Condominium in the heart of Kailua-Kona only two blocks from the pier, where the Ironman starts, and we are just a short walk to the Ironman Village. Located just off of Henry Street on Kuakani Highway puts us right on the bike/run route of the race.

Within easy walking distance of many popular restaurants and shopping. No need to drive to the most popular places in Kailua when you can leave the car at the condo and walk to Ali'i Drive.

See the steeple of Mokuaikaua Church and a partial ocean view from our second floor lanai or stroll to the Church and Hulihee Palace then on to one of the many restaurants or shops.

Contact owner directly and ask for possible discounts. Also, please note that I will never ask for full payment in advance unless the rental is less than 30 days from the request. Preferred payment method is PayPal, checks drawn on US banks may be accepted for exact amounts only.

This was a last minute find. We were scheduled to arrive in less than two weeks. The owners were very accommodating and nice. They made the process of booking very easy.

The location is perfect if you are planning to attend any events in the area. We attended the Kona Brewfest and appreciated the easy walk to/from the event. Restaurants and shopping were very close by. The sweet fragrance of plumeria greeted us just outside the lanai doors. We were too busy during our short vacation to visit the pool.

I would definitely consider another stay in this condo and recommend it to other couples visiting the area.

Excellent - caters for everything

Can highly recommend this property. It is spacious, spotlessly clean with all mod cons, even down to supplying sunblock, golf clubs and snorkelling/beach equipment.

Centrally located and within easy walking distance of everything.

Great spot....

We have stayed several times here, it is just perfect close to shopping and downtown area. Had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend. Owner is a dream to work with, looking forward to next stay.

excellent value

This condo is great as a home base for an active vacation. By foot and rental car, there was more really fun stuff to do than we could handle in seven days. The bed was very comfortable. All the appliances worked. We enjoyed grilling and eating at the pool area. The owner is an old pro at this and easy to work with. It is best for early risers as the city and traffic noise hit about day break.

Great Condo for Ironman Week.

I stayed here with my family for Ironman World Championship 2012. Condos are in an ideal position for Ironman athletes. It is a 2-3 minute walk to the pier/swim start area and the Condos are on the bike and run course. Absolutely stress free for race day.

The condo itself is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Free Wi-Fi and car parking if required.

I highly recommend these Condos.
