Provencal villa with pool 15 minutes from the sea near Aix en Provence

Our villa is located in a quiet dead end, not overlooked and close to amenities.

We are 15 minutes from the Blue Coast (Carry le Rouet, Sausset les Pins ...), 20 min from Aix en Provence and Marseille (Mucem, Vieux Port ...) and very well placed to reach the axes Roads and motorways that will allow you to visit Provence and these charming villages.

You can relax in the sun around the pool (5 x 10) or in the shade on the large terrace facing the garden.

We have at your disposal 3 rooms including a parental room (room of water), a big room of bath (shower, tub and 2 washbasins) and an independent toilet. The kitchen is open to a large living room which opens onto the terrace.

The lawned ground is completely flat and the parking is secured, closed by an automatic gate.
