Sun City Summerlin is an age-restricted community (at least one renter must be at least 55 years of age) in the City of Las Vegas developed by Del Webb---one of the nation's premiere adult communities. Located in the Northwest corner of the city, the area is full of things to see and do from good shopping at factory outlet malls to elite boutiques, local gaming including Red Rocks and Suncoast Casinos,hiking, golf, to name just a few. Cultural attractions include the Las Vegas Art Museum, the Summerlin Library and Performing Arts Center, and Nevada State Museum.
Is escaping into nature's backyard your forte? Close by is the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area to escape into a world of peace and quiet in the natural beauty of colorful sandstone cliffs and canyons with desert scenery. Hike or take a scenic drive through the scenic loop.
Our home is a 1550 square foot ranch with a spacious floor plan. The vaulted ceilings in the living, dining and kitchen areas make it very open and bright. The kitchen is fully equipped and the wrap-around bar with stools make it easy to visit with whomever is cooking!
The master bedroom is located at the back of the house with an adjoining master bath with shower and double sinks. The 2nd bedroom is located at the front of the house and its bathroom is equipped with tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms have King sized beds for your sleeping comfort. Our double car attached garage is a bonus for your convenience and safety.
We have attempted to make your stay in our smoke-free home as comfortable as possible so that you will be planning your return visit even before your present stay is over!
We have rented this beautiful, fully equipped home in Sun City Summerlin every winter since 2008 and have enjoyed it very much. King beds that are VERY comfortable in both bedrooms. The house is nicely furnished and well maintained. We would still be renting it if our circumstances hadn't changed recently. Kathleen, the owner, is easy to work with and will respond to a phone call immediately. You will enjoy your stay!

Your beds have the comfort of a five star hotel. Thank you again, and would love to stay in one of your other properties in California or Colorado.
This was our 13th year of renting a vacation rental in Sun City and we found this property to be the best by far. The accomodations were excellent as well as everything you could possibly need was there. Everything was in excellent operating condition and all the amenities were top of the line. Kathleen was wonderful to work with. Would love to go back and do it all again.
Immediately, we felt right at home. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Never thought we'd use the game corner...but it turned out to be our favorite place! When we took our walk at dusk, really enjoyed the beautiful mountains silhouetted in the West and city lights to the East. The community is very quiet and nicely located. Just a short distance and you are on the beltway. Kathleen (the owner) provided all the extras needed and was terrific to deal with! Hope we are able to come again...our month went too fast!!
For our guests that stay a minimum of one month, you can participate in all of the amenities/clubs/facilities of homeowners when you purchase the Member pass for $100 per person (limited availability---please check with owner).

Cancellation policy: Upon written notice from tenant to owner of intent to cancel, the following applies: After receipt of the deposit/rent payment but before 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date, only the reservation deposit of $200 will be forfeited and the lease will be cancelled without further obligation. After 60 days prior to arrival date, all monies received are forfeited except the cleaning fee and taxes if any. The owner reserves the right to cancel the lease and retain all monies received if scheduled payments are not received on the date due.
Upon acceptance of the rental application, you will receive a lease agreement. 50% of the total rental fee plus the Reservation/damage deposit of $200 is due at that time to secure the reservation. The damage deposit will be refunded in full assuming no damages during stay. The final payment (balance of the rental fee plus the cleaning fee and taxes, if any) is due 60 days prior to arrival.
