About the property

House, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 12)

REJUVENATION was named by our guests. It sits uniquely alone on 325 feet of beach frontage.THE spring IS WONDERFUL. This is the time in the spring weeks of May to have beautiful days and cool nights. Wonderful time for enjoying privacy. This is the time to make your spring and summer reservations. Summer is beginning to fill so I would not delay plans. Rejuvenation averages 47 bookings per year. So it is very popular. Book early so you are not disappointed. Come enjoy!! Its setting makes it seem quite remote, romantic, and private. Walk and shell our clean and beautiful beaches. Fishing both on shore and in the gulf is great. We are rented most all year because it's lovely here every season. For best prices and no hidden fees, please call us at 850-227-3302 or email us at The charming, newly decorated, spacious, three-bedroom home is BEACHFRONT including a brand new granite kitchen with custom cyprus island for 2017. We have a WiFi line, and a state of the art ecofriendly bug control system which keeps bugs away and allows screen free porches to be enjoyed. The long driveway gives ample parking for cars and boats. It is within easy walking distance to the Indian Pass boat ramp where there are local fisherman who will take you fishing. Or, enjoy excellent surf fishing from the beach in front of the house. Or bring your own boat to launch. The beach offers miles of beautiful walks, shelling, canoeing, swimming, and sunning. Rejuvenation sits on a dog friendly beach. We do accept dogs with permission and there is a fee.

The two decks are great for watching birds particularly our eagles and pelicans. The upper deck which is very nice for private sunbathing has awesome views of the gulf, the wildlife preserve of Saint Vincent, and the bay behind the house. This deserted island is a short boat ride for miles and miles of private beach. This deck is also perfect for star gazing and this area is recognized as one of the best in the country to see stars because of the lack of light pollution.

Because of the layout of the house, it is very romantic for a couple as a rejuvenating retreat but it will provide also

ample space for a large family or several families sharing the space. We have had weddings, baptisms, family reunions, quiet family time, authors writing books,or a getaway for 2.

Explore our fascinating area of natural beauty, close to lovely towns for shopping, dining, and enjoying natural activities of just exploring. Read the comments. Or just bring a book to kick back and read in a beautiful environment

RENTALS, CALL 850-227-3302. Rejuvenation is the perfect to come to the beach--no crowds, no noise, just pure enjoyment. Get away from the maddening beach crowds on quiet Indian Pass.

The best beach experience ever

  • 5 of 5

I celebrated my 50th birthday here for a week in Oct. 2007 with 10 of my closest girlfriends. This clean and cozy yet roomy beach house was simply spectacular! It is in a beautiful remote setting overlooking one of Florida's last remaining natural sand dunes. We enjoyed views of the gulf, the waterway and an island teaming with all kinds of birds including bald eagles and peacocks. I highly recommend Rejuvenation for a relaxing beach vacation away from the noise, neon signs and crowds.

Absolutely wonderful

  • 5 of 5

Took my wife down for our 1st anniversary (got married a year earlier on the beach in near by Cape San Blas).Wish I could live there. Very clean & very beautiful. I will def be coming back to Rejuvenation. Fished on the beach. Caught and ate my catch. Enjoyed the raw bar & all local attractions. Planning my return now actually. Loved the house & the bald eagle. Had coffee in the morning on the top deck while watching the eagle. This place is highly recommended by my family.

Owner's Response: We thank our guests who have enjoyed the privacy of Rejuvenation. Rejuvenation can provide a wonderful beachfront experience to all of the family members. We continue to add new elements which this year included new granite kitchen tops on our ongoing upgrading of the house. Thanks for the review.

Great Get-away

  • 5 of 5

Rejuvenation definitely lives up to its name! We had a wonderful week relaxing, walking the beach, gazing at a star-studded sky, watching the eagles, listening to the owls, and visiting the lighthouses located nearby. We couldn't have asked for more beautiful weather, and everywhere we went, we met charming people and were delighted with the lack of commercialization on the Forgotten Coast. The beach house itself was inviting and comfortable, and Jim and Geri were perfect hosts. Rejuvenation is a place of serenity and peace, but you'll find plenty to do, especially if you're a nature lover. Our family highly recommends this home away from home.

Wonderful place to wont be dissapointed!

  • 5 of 5

This rental is a lovely home for vacation. It has views galore! It's in a quiet area so no noise just nature! We saw an eagle, dolphins, and deer over across on the island! I recommend this place for kids and adults wanting a relaxing vacation. They supply most of your needs so less to worry about packing. The rest you can grab at the piggly wiggly down the road! The home was clean and everything was in working condition. The owners are super helpful and friendly! Thank you again!

Owner's Response: Our guests are so kind and take wonderful care of Rejuvenation. That's why we pay the maids, since our guests always leave the house nice. We work to provide all the little things that are hard to remember to bring. It's more like our guest house. We love making people's vacation as nice as possible and we love to read the notes they leave us. Thanks

Gem on Indian Pass

  • 5 of 5

Our week at Rejuvenation was perfect from start to finish....beginning with a "welcome note" and a chilled bottle of wine! A very private escape that sits atop the dunes surrounded by trees and palms with daily visits from the glorious bald eagles. A spectacular view of the beach and St. Vincent fill your day and morning walks to Shell Point always proved successful for the shell lovers and photographers we are. Geri and Jim are a warm and friendly couple with a vast love and knowledge of the area. Thanks for this opportunity. We are anxious to always!
