The Biltmore Corridor is a highly desirable area and very centrally located & near light rail. This unit is at 7st. N. near Camelback Road and is minutes to all the shopping & great restaurants. Only 20 minutes to Glendale for Cardinal or Phoenix Coyote games, 10 minutes to downtown Phoenix airport and all the great theater, symphony, & the basketball games & of course 10 minutes to downtown Scottsdale.

This condo has a fantastic split bedroom plan - which means each master bedroom is situated at each end with living space in the middle. The kitchen now features new stainless appliances, and it must be noted, how central the location is for hiking, biking, golfing, shopping & sports. 3 month minimum rental is required.

Beautiful Condo!

We have just spent the month of February, 2011 at The Carlyle. This is a beautifuly upgraded, clean condo with all of the amenities you could hope for. There are kingsized beds in both bedrooms and the walk in closets are big. Both bathrooms have the sink and vanity area separated from the toilet/shower/tub area. Doorways are wide! This condo is close to everything in the Greater Phoenix area including the rapid transit system. By car it is ten minutes from the sports and cultural district to the south and to Old Scottsdale to the east. We were within thirty minutes of all our favorite golf courses. Foothills and Club West were our two favorite courses in South Phoenix. The cost of a round at both of these courses is under $50 including cart if you book at They are both beautiful desert courses. If you like shopping and dining out ...the choices are many....Macey's, Saks Fifth Avenue, to name a few close by. We took our bikes and enjoyed riding around the neighborhood although the best riding is on the trails in the hills a short drive away. The unit is in a secure gated community and the parking is covered and close to the unit. The unit has its own security system! We enjoyed taking our own computer. There is internet access, a printer and a fax machine. The condo is on the ground level and the patio faces the pool and gym. It was quiet the entire time we were there. Lovely patio furniture to enjoy time outside. The pool and gym are well maintained and the equipment in the gym is excellent! We met many of the condo owners while we were there....very friendly group. While all of this is important in a rental it is the owners of this unit that make the whole experience perfect. Connie and Doug handled all of the details in a friendly, informative and timely manner. E-mails were answered promptly and information was passed along clearly. Although they do not live in the area they have accounted for every possible need that you might have during your stay. We would definitely make any property that Connie and Doug rent a first choice! We will recommend this property to friends and family!
