Seasonal furnished rental

- You will appreciate this apartment of 3 rooms, on the 1st floor of a luxurious residence of 2 floors, for its situation. You can park your car in our individual and private GARAGE inside the residence, without having to use it during your stay. Everything is within walking distance: the city center, the beach, the embankment (bars and restaurants), the swimming pool, the harbor (bars and restaurants) and the tourist office.

A bicycle storage room, common to the residence, is also at your disposal.

- The apartment has been classified by the Vendée tourist office: 3 stars for 4 people (July 2017). It was renovated in 2016: the floors of rooms, furniture and accessories are new.

- The living room is bright by the large bay. The TERRACE, which is equipped with garden furniture and an electric awning, is pleasant with its western exposure. From here you have a beautiful panorama of the fort, the Tower and the channel: the passage of the ships is pleasant. You are at the forefront of the "Vendée Globe" and the fireworks of July 14.

- 2 rooms and 6 beds: by their exposure side courtyard, the 2 rooms (with locks) are in peace and propitious to the rest. Room number 1 consists of 2 single beds. Room number 2 has a double bed. There is also 1 sofa bed 140 (2 places) very comfortable in the living room.

- The kitchen is equipped with: oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The cutlery and utensils are provided for 6 people: stoves, pans, water glasses, wine glass, champagne flutes, salad spinner, tray, squeezer, pie plate, colanders, hermetic boxes etc..

- The bathroom has a bathtub, a washing machine and more (see equipment).

- Toilets are separated.

- The living room has a flat screen TV and more: see equipment.

- Entrance secured by videophone.

- Large closets with wardrobes and shelves in the entrance and bedroom number 1 and many storage.

- All openings have double glazing, electric shutters and curtains.

- Perfect for a couple with children or two couples.

- Linen on request.

- Cleaning and consumption (water, electricity and gas) included.

Our apartment is located just behind: the Casino, the auditorium "Atlantis" and the Tourist Office. It is 1 minute from the large beach, children's rides, the sailing school (sea base) and the "pool Remblai" (sea water). It is close to bars and restaurants (on the port and the embankment), the city center, market Halls (5/10 minutes), and the Garden Court (entertainment). It has a view of the channel (direct view).
