Brooklyn adventure

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this vacation rental. The location was very interesting and culturally diverse. Getting around was very easy via the subway which was only three short blocks away. I advise getting the unlimited weekly pass for the subway, at $24.00 it's a real deal and you can get anywhere fast. Having a car is actually a burden. We spent half our time in Manhatten and half exploring Brooklyn. I was surprised at how much there is to see in Brooklyn. We only scratched the surface and will have to return. The apartment was very comfortable and the kitchen was great. Just the right size for two people.

Beautiful property

Beautiful property, just as the pictures show. Easy to get into Manhattan and Brooklyn Heights (the Brooklyn Bridge) on the subway. Great hosts. A very good alternative to staying in Manhattan.

Awesome accommodations in Brooklyn

  • 5 of 5

The apartment was absolutely lovely. Clean, spacious, quiet, safe, and was conveniently located in Bed Stuy. There were plenty of restaurant/store options within walking distance; and the subway (15 minutes to Manhattan) is only two blocks away. I found the neighbors to be friendly as well: many of them greeted me as I walked back and forth each day.

David and Jacqui were wonderful hosts. They showed me around the apartment when I arrived, and made sure that I had info to get myself acclimated to the area.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this property, and would willingly return for future visits to New York.
