This Koa Resort townhome is a completely remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath home, located across from Kalepolepo Beach in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. This home features a large fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and an in-unit washer and dryer. Lliving area is decorated in a modern Hawaiian style that flows throughout the home and makes you feel as though you have truly arrived in paradise.

Koa Resort 5G is a beautiful home away from home that sleeps up to 8 guests.

Kalepolepo Beach Park is across the street, while Sugar Beach is just north of the complex, where you can enjoy kayaking, windsurfing and kite boarding lessons. This home is located in Kihei and is close to many restaurants and grocery stores, but is away from the traffic of South Kihei Road.

Wonderful Vacation Home in Kihei

Our group of 5 stayed for 10 days in this very nice property. The home is large, very clean, well maintained and had all the amenities, beach toys you could hope for. It is 5 min walk to the beach and about 20 min to coffee shops. The grounds had a very nice pool, tennis courts, shuffle board. Would highly recommend. We will return here.

Spacious & Comfortable....but lacking a few things

The condo was great and plenty spacious for the 7 people we had staying in it. The kitchen was well stock with most things you could want. The pool was lovely and the ground were well kept.

We had some difficulty with the air conditioner and the lights, when we called the Rental contact place we did speak to someone, who let us know they would pop by in the afternoon of our second day there... we didn't see or hear from them the rest of our trip. The cordless phone did not work in the condo. There is no AC in the bedroom with the 2 single beds. The parking lot gets full quickly and the road construction did not allow for parking on one side of the street which made it difficult to find parking later in the evening. There were not enough items to keep the condo clean during our almost 2 week stay. No dust pan, no mop, half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, laundry soap enough to do one load only. Having never been to Kihei, we thought the beaches would be closer... it was too far to walk with kids and beach gear.

beautiful property

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The pool is spectacular and crystal clear. The beaches that are within walking distance are ok. Sand is coarse and not great for smaller kids. Our condo was very nice and well stocked with all that we needed for our stay, including beach toys and boogie boards. Only 2 bbqs which was a problem once or twice but a good way to meet your neighbors.

Great unit in our favorite Maui spot

We have been coming to Maui most years since the late 70s. We used to come with our kids, now with grandkids as well. We have stayed in Koa several times over the years and always enjoy coming back. It's perfectly located, close to Kihei but far enough out to avoid the worst traffic and easy to get in and out when we are headed to the airport, Lahaina or Kanapali. Local Kihei beaches and Waimea are also convenient and the resort pool is terrific. It's generally quiet, clean and all the buildings are just steps away. Unit 5G is roomy and clean, well-maintained and well equipped. Plenty of kitchen gear for our extended family and friends. Comfortable beds and seating for everyone.

We had a lovely stay at the Koa Resort.

There is easy access to the Kihei beaches (shops, restaurants, surfing, snorkelling). The pool and amenities at the resort are good and easy to use. Maui is a wonderful holiday location - and Koa is a good place to stay.
