THE HAWAIIAN PACIFIC OCEAN: In Hawaiian, Nui Kai means 'big sea', and that's what you get with views of the ocean from nearly every room of this 1,200 plus square foot luxury two bedroom condo, furnished in upscale "Island" decor. The unique feature of the property being the 'outdoor room': This large outdoor lanai offers a large sofa sectional, a tiki bar and a "high top" dining table. All of this overlooking a sweeping view of the ocean and reef below.
THE LIVING SPACE: The large living room/dining room offers upscale furnishings and artwork, cable television and DVD/CD. Adjacent is a fully appointed kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator.
THE BEDROOMS: The master bedroom features the romantic Hollywood style 1940's "Hawaiiana Décor" with king-sized bed, cable television, and a desk. The second bedroom features rich dark mahogany furniture with light colored walls and flooring, with queen bed, and a desk.
THE VIEWS: In addition to the spectacular ocean views from every room in the condo, the Diamond Head view is to the east and to the northeast is a gorgeous city scape with beautiful Kapiolani Park in the foreground and the beautiful skyline of Waikiki, Honolulu and the Ko'olau Mountains in the background.
THE PROPERTY GROUNDS: features a large oceanfront lawn with chaises for sunning, and dining tables for an ocean-side meal. Slightly to the south of the lawn is a sea ladder that descends directly into a swimming area in the sparkling Hawaiian waters of the Pacific Ocean. Slightly to the north of the lawn is a small sand beach with access to the reef.

PARKING: Complete your Oahu adventure with the convenience of a parking space for your rental car in the basement of the building for 25 dollars per day. Unfortunately, HomeAway is unable to figure out how to collect this fee during your booking process, so it will be collected by the Property Manager AFTER YOU COMPLETE YOUR BOOKING.
CLEANING FEE: HomeAway does not disclose fees that are collected separately by the owner, if you were to select the "Request To Book" option. It is important for everyone to know that our rental guests need to pay our cleaning crew directly, by leaving 185 dollars in cash or by check upon leaving the condo.
CANCELLATIONS: The owner DOES provide refunds based on a schedule of how far prior to check in the booking is cancelled, but HomeAway does not allow for this information to be seen by potential rental guests. Do Not Pay attention to the statement in this listing that says: No Refunds - Please ask owner for the Cancellation Refund Schedule. We do advise everyone booking to pay the nominal fee for Trip Insurance though, if cancellation is a concern.
