About the property

This lovely 2 bed/1 bathroom condo, is ideal for a couple but can sleep up to 4 in air conditioned comfort. There is a spacious veranda leading to a secluded tropical garden.

The bedrooms have ceiling fans and A/C and there is a ceiling fan in the living room.

Linen, towels, and beach towels are provided. Wifi is provided as well as cable TV. The kitchen is well equipped, and has a fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster and full cooker.

The Beach is 10 min walk away and Pigeon Island National Park is a 15 min walk from the condo.

Rodney Bay is a five min drive, and the Marina, with its bars/restaurants, and stunning yachts, is also within a short drive/walking distance. Visitors with small children or elderly clients may find it useful to hire a car, but Taxis are readily available, and not expensive.

Boats trips to Martinique, and the Pitons leave from the marina.

Gros Islet where the lively Jump UP street party is held every Friday night, is also nearby. The beach, restaurants, and night-life, of the Reduit Beach/Rodney Bay area are a five minute drive away, and the secluded beaches of Smugglers Cove, and Cotton Bay are within easy reach - horse riding, and kite surfing are available at Cotton bay,

This is the perfect place to enjoy a secluded getaway or honeymoon.

Electricity is an additional charge and is charged at cost. The condo is individually metered and a reading is taken on arrival and then again at departure. The charge is US$0.40 per kw. I can give guests exact details of where the meter is should they wish to check it themselves. It is easily accessed. Typically the cost is approx. USD 10.00 per day.

Great vacation place, fantastic owner/manager

We spent a week Dec 25 - Jan 1st, 2017 in this property, traveling together with other two families who stayed in the house just next to ours (same owner).

I wanted to praise Anne Noel for being such a wonderful and helpful host. We were arriving on December 25 when pretty much all stores were closed and Anne was so kind to offer us to buy some grocery for our first couple days - that was really helpful !

The rental company (Budget) did not provide us the car booked for this Christmas week 5 month in advance (our friends booked in SixT and also did not get it !), so we end up taking a taxi from the airport (US$80) - Anne also suggested local rental company where we got the car on a next day for a reasonable price (and then return it in the airport at the end - the company actually sent a driver to pick up the car in the airport on our last day without any extra charge!). Note, they drive on a left side of the road, with the steering wheel on the right side :), but we got used to it in couple days (maybe it was actually not bad that we had to take taxi on our arrival day - we had a chance to practice on closer range and simpler roads before taking longer trips over the mountains - it is 1.5 hours drive from the airport and you need to be quite experienced driver to drive safely on those mountain roads, especially if you are not used to drive on the left side !).

The property is within a "gated community" behind the fence, you get a remote to open the gate to drive inside the perimeter, parking your car very conveniently right next to your unit's door.

The rooms were clean and well maintained, the kitchen had everything we needed (well, except maybe a coffee grinder, but you can obviously buy the ground coffee), the unit also has great terrace (walkout from the kitchen) where you can enjoy your breakfast.

One minor inconvenience was that two bedrooms were adjacent to each other, with a shutter door between them - not sound-proof at all, so keep this in mind if you travel with your wife/girlfriend and plan to bring your mother with you to sleep in the second bedroom - you not gonna get any privacy :).

The WiFi was working just fine, fast enough to watch youtube videos.

The closest beach (Pigeon Island Beach) is about 15 minutes walk or couple minutes drive. There are plenty other beaches and places on the island you definitely want to explore - they are all accessible, as long as you're Ok to drive these roads :)

Lovely villa in a quiet neighbourhood. The villa is well kept and met all our needs. Will definitely stay here again.

Appartement vaste situé dans un endroit calme, reposant

Appartement bien entretenu, propre, confortable, terrasse agréable bien ventilée en début de soirée, jardin propre et entretenu, l'appartement est situé dans un secteur calme, prévoir une voiture.

Pas de cafetière, sinon tout le reste est disponible.

Les propriétaires sont charmants et très serviables.

Je recommande cet appartement pour un séjour calme et reposant en famille .
