The house is spacious 75 m² and fully equipped, all comfort (vacuum cleaner, oven, dishwasher, microwave, griddle, food processor, juicer, Senseo coffee machine, washing machine, baby potty, cot, high chair, dryer hair, deck chairs, umbrellas etc).

The kitchen and the bathroom are brand new, they have just been redone.

The kitchen is fully equipped.

The modern bathroom (shower room) has an Italian shower.

The toilets are separated.

The house is pleasant up to 8 people.

A charming large living room 35m² high ceiling, with a sofa bed, 2 bedrooms with two double beds, a large mezzanine (open room) with a sofa bed (BZ Dunlopillo nine). You can add the 2 mattresses in 90 where you want.

Nice outdoor area: 1 yard behind to be cool in the morning and a courtyard in front for evening aperitifs.

The house is perfect both for couples, both for families. The environment is calm and children can have a good time around the car-free house nearby.

Beach games available at the house: fins, masks, tubas, petanque balls, bucket, shovels and rakes, beach rackets, footballs.

We do not take a cleaning fee, but we ask the tenants to clean the house by leaving so that the following find the house impeccable. Thank you for respecting this condition.
We work with a concierge who will ask you for a housekeeping check when entering the house. It will be returned to you the day of departure if the house is tidy and clean.

The house is rented without sheets or towels but the conciergerie can rent you if necessary.

The arrival must be between 15h and 19h. For an arrival after 19h, a supplement of 30 € will be payable directly to the Conciergerie.

The villa is located in a condominium called "Le Village Occitan" for its typical architecture of the region.

Facilitate parking: 1 private parking and a large public parking next to park quickly and free. Once parked, no need to take the car, everything is easily done on foot!

The beach Roquille 200m by a pedestrian path, 5 min walk.

Shops 2 min walk: bakery, grocery store, newsagent, fruits and vegetables, seafood, cooked dishes. The Port 10 min walk.

Possible activities: golf, pool massage wellness relaxation area, archery, tennis, diving, Acqualand, Ile des Loisirs, discotheque, Casino Barrière (opening summer 2018).
