-Luggage and grocery carts are available for your use. -Sunbathe on your own private balcony with almost constant gentle breezes. We all enjoyed our stay in this beautiful large condo, big balcony with spectacular view of the Gulf, nice and quiet, we would love to stay there again.
We had a wonderful time in Unit #509! The condo was perfect for our family with 2 boys ages 10 and 12. The view of the beautiful sunsets was amazing! We had intended to spend our week exploring the area, but ended up spending all of our time on the beach instead, with a few side trips to John's Pass for ice cream and souvenir shopping. The condo was stocked with everything: beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, all appliances, dishes, etc. We ate in most of the time and loved the BBQ downstairs. Thank you Marsha and Gene for everything!
What a great time we had at Madiera Beach! Thanks Marsha and Gene for letting us share your home. For anyone who is wondering if the balcony directly faces the ocean, it does! Morning coffee with the wife and being on the fifth floor made the view even that much better. Plus you could see the activity coming and going from the Johns Pass Bay area. The condo was clean with modern appliances, and we packed way more cloths than we needed as we did laundry 2 or 3 times while there. Johns Pass was great and right across the street! Lots of stores and the kids parasailed as well at Gator Parasail. Grocery store within a couple of miles away. Beach not too crowded and we rented a cabana for $60 for the week. Just easier and very convenient. Beach was not overcrowded which was nice as well. Our two favorites for food at Johns Pass were Bubba Gump, and we did carryout from The Boardwalk Grill which was awesome as well. For breakfast, the Island Joe Café right across the street, was awesome and fresh. Even though a bit pricey and had to wait for a bit for the food, it was worth it. We had 5 in our family and the roll out bed came in nice, each kid had their own bed. We would definitely recommend this property to a friend!
The condo was spotless and yet very welcoming. Spacious with a homey feel. Lots of fun beach toys supplied by prior renters and kept in good condition for our use!
I had never booked a vacation rental online before and was very nervous to say the least. I was so relieved on opening the door and finding a beautiful, updated and very clean condo. As others have indicated, the view from the balcony is fantastic! Everything was as advertised and the owners were most accommodating. I would have no hesitation recommending this condo to anyone. You will not be disappointed.
My husband & I spent 7 days at the condo...we didn't want to go home! It is exactly as advertised. Absolutely beautiful views of the Gulf, a first class 'home away from home' with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The master bedroom was wonderful, especially being able to listen to the Gulf waves while falling asleep at night. The beach was steps away with easy access from the elevator & the parking area close to the elevator. The condo was beautiful with the balcony views adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The only disappointing part of our 7 days there...we had to leave to go back home to cold, wintery Wisconsin! You will never regret spending your time & money on this rental!
