Town home, 2 Bedrooms + Loft, 2.5 Baths, (sleeps two to eight).

Town home located in the quaint village of Crested Butte. Construction completed in 1998 with incredible views of the surrounding mountains. Open, sunny living space.

Three levels including a heated mudroom entryway, two bedrooms, each with its own TV and queen bed, a sleeping loft with two queen beds and half bath, two additional full baths, complete laundry and kitchen with everything you'll need. Main level has vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, walk-out deck with gas barbecue, adjoining kitchen. Designer decorated throughout. Sleeps up to eight people in four queen beds. Radiant heat to warm your toes!

Conveniently located two blocks from the free shuttle that takes you on the seven minute, three mile ride up to Crested Butte Mountain Ski Resort. Quiet, in town location is where you want to be. Park your car and walk to nearby restaurants, night spots, theaters, and shopping. Walk out the front door to Nordic ski trails in the winter and mountain bike and hiking trails summer and fall. Beautiful, comfortable, and convenient!

I moved to Crested Butte in 1995 when I bought a downtown B&B. Moved away in 2002, but held onto my In-Town duplex. You can take the man out of CB, but can't the Butte out of the man :)

Everything was wonderful!!

I rented this townhouse in early May 2009 for my daughters graduation in Gunnison. There were seven of us in the townhouse. We never felt crowded. We never ran out of hot water. The accommodations were perfect!! The townhouse was well stocked with everything. The owner was above and beyond wonderful to work with as I had to make a few changes along the way. (Thank you again) Super location. Super view. Super townhouse. I kept repeating to everyone all weekend "Have I mentioned this place is aweseome?".

Comfortable Spot in Town

We're a couple who stayed for the last week of March 2016. This is a nice property, and we'd be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Crested Butte.

The property is a townhome in a house that has been divided into two units, located in the northeast part of town on Gothic Ave between 7th & 8th St. There is off-street parking in front of the property. The location means you can walk or cycle to anywhere in town, if you're so inclined, as the locals do.

The front door opens to an entryway/mud room shared between the two units. When you enter your unit, on the ground floor are two equal-sized double bedrooms, a washer/dryer and a full bath. Upstairs on the second floor are the kitchen and living areas, along with another full bathroom. There is also a third floor loft bedroom, with yet another bathroom.

The property faces north out on to Gothic Ave. An outdoor deck accessible from the upstairs living area features a gas barbecue grill and a great view of Mt. CB.

We found everything in the property to be clean and in good condition. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped. The living area is comfortable. Internet connectivity is good; we brought a Roku player which worked well. Showers had plenty of hot water.

The owner provided prompt and friendly replies to any questions we had.

A critique would be that that some parts of the property are well-equipped to the point of being cluttered, such as the kitchen cabinets (with cooking equipment) and the bedroom closets (with towels). But this is minor.

Wonderful, warm gathering place for friends

Just right and a great location!

We loved the home we stayed in. It was warm, welcoming, and easy to enjoy. The view was amazing and we loved being walking distance from the ski bus and town. No need to drive once we arrived! We cooked lots of big, family-style meals and loved sitting around the big table together. I would highly recommend this place for a group of friends looking for a fun get-a-way to CB.

Great spot and a great weekend!

This townhome was perfect for our girls trip and comfortably slept 6 (could have made it 8 if we wanted to add more). Having 2 1/2 bathrooms came in handy too! The living room is extra comfy with a fireplace and oversized couch, perfect for post-skiing naps. Be sure to read the instructions about the fireplace and radiant heat. Also, the property was super close to the main street, making it very easy to walk to dinner. We had a fantastic weekend and would definitely look to stay here again. Thank you, Paul!

Our Stay at Paul Cladwell's Place

This place was very centrally located for going to town or for catching the bus up the mountain. There was plenty of room for 6 adults. The unit was very clean. The upstairs is more suited for older children. The owner is not on site but Paul took care of our issues very quickly. I would highly recommend staying here.

Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed with a deposit. Stays of 4 nights or less require payment in full to hold the reservation. Stays of 5 nights or more can be guaranteed with a 50% deposit when making the reservation (if more than 90 days prior to the rental date). The balance of payment is due 90 days before the rental date.

Paypal, Visa or MasterCard can be used for an additional 4% charge. Simply use my email address as the Paypal account.

Reservations are not booked until the deposit has been received. When payment is received I will email confirmation, along with instructions on how to gain access to the property. PLEASE EMAIL ME AFTER YOU'VE MAILED THE CHECK.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations more than 90 days prior to check-in will be fully refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 90 days prior to check-in are NON-REFUNDABLE , unless I am able to book the property for the dates you had reserved. Or the deposit can be credited to a future, mutually agreeable date. If we re-book the property we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day that we are able to fill, less the $50 cancellation fee.
