Completely new remodeled kitchen, all new stainless appliances, cabinets and granite counter tops. Kitchen is fully stocked so you can cook and dine in. Additionally, new carpet thoughout the condo.

Condo is on the free bus route, 90 second bus ride (7 minute walk) to Park City Mountain Resort; Deer Valley, The Canyons and historic Main St. within minutes by shuttle or car. Skiing not your thing? There are walking, running and bike paths, hiking trails, swimming, golfing, fly fishing, mountain biking, great shopping and dining all around you! Do as much or little as you want.

Nicely decorated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Condo. Sleeps 6 in beds. Sofa sleeper additional. Master has new king sized bed with full bath, and second bedroom has new king bed, plus log bunk bed and full bath.Fully stocked kitchen with dining table, every thing you need to dine in. Gas fireplace with vaulted ceiling. TV's in both bedrooms and large living room. Covered private parking with ski locker.

No Stairs To Condo's Front Door!

The complex has two hot tubs and an outdoor heated pool just steps away for relaxing after a hard day of skiing, mountain biking or fishing.

The grocery stores (Fresh Market and Park City Market) are across the street within walking distance. Also within walking distance is: Starbucks, Burger King, Rite Aid, Blockbuster, Squatters Brew Pub, Jan Sport and Cole Sport. 1 mile to Park City's historic center.

The rates are lower for this unit due to owner management. One stay in this unit and you will want to come back again and again!!!

Great location and pool

Great location to stores and bus lines so is optimal if you do not have a car. Property set up was great for our family of 6 with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The property was maintained well and was clean. The pool was refreshing and kept clean. We would hesitate to stay again in the summer as no air conditioning and minimal windows open in bedrooms. The bunk room's window only opened about 2 inches due to the sloping roof on the balcony. If more windows were able to open fully there would have been enough air flow to make the bedrooms tolerable at night when it cools off after the 90 degree days. There were portable fans but not very effective with the windows. The owners quickly responded to reservations and any questions and checked on us after our arrival.

Nice property, nicely priced.

The property was consistent with its claims. It was well equipped and well maintained and very reasonably priced. The location is very good, as is the setting with its pleasant lawns and trees. Because we were there during an unusually hot period, air conditioning would have helped a few times; but even then, the layout provided better circulation than many of the units in this complex. A washer and dryer would have been a plus. We would happily recommend this property.

Our wonderful summer vacation in Park City, Utah

The property was located a few blocks away from the PC ski resort (which had great summer activities for the whole family), beautiful Main Street, and other great attractions. The property is very comfortable and was perfect for our family stay.

We loved the property and its location and can't wait to come back to experience more of what this area offers.

Great place!

We had a great 4th of July renting this condo. It's central location is perfect for a Park City getaway. You can walk to food, groceries, Park City Mountain Resort and you're a quick bus stop from Main Street and other popular destinations.

The only down side is that the back yard faces the main road with no fence. We had young children with us so I would have preferred having the back yard enclosed or facing the other direction. This isn't something that anyone is responsible for, just preference.

The space was clean and well stocked with all the household essentials. John and Honor were great to work with and very accommodating.

Owner's Response: The great news is the town of Park City completed last summer a new bike path that passes right in front of our unit, providing miles of safe biking & walking.

Great spring ski trip!

The condo was exactly as described in the property description - and all of the prior reviews were spot on - so read those! I'll add to them with things WE did that made the trip special....

Check in and out was super simple - we were dropped off by UBER at the office, and the walk to the condo wasn't bad at all. Actually nice not worrying about driving / parking while on vacation.

Getting around:

Grab a transit map as soon as you arrive and just be comfortable asking the drivers if they stop where you want to be. You may need to pull the cord to request the stop (even after you ask). It is easy and you'll get used to it! All busses eventually end up at the Old Town Transit Center (right near all the fun), so if it takes you longer, just enjoy the ride. There are also signs at each stop where you can text a number to see how long your wait time is - some that are further out from center of town may have a 1/2 hour wait - others will have busses every 10 minutes. One thing to note - * If you're sensitive to high altitude, try to use the bus stop that is at the end of the road as you walk LEFT out of the condo (you'll go past PC Mountain Resort each time, but not really out of the way).

Places where we found great food:

Purple Sage, High West Distillery and Saloon and the No Name Bar (ceviche was great!). Also, whether skiing Deer Valley or not, you should really go up the Funicular to the St. Regis Bar at Deer Valley. Beautiful view - great Bloody Mary's - and you should try to be there for the champagne sabering (5:30 for our time of year).

Last thing I'll add....John was VERY easy to work with all the way through the process. Recommend that you book this condo, and then just enjoy your stay!!

Great condo for ski vacation

We spent 6 nights and loved the convenient location. The condo was spacious with high ceilings and large windows. The bedrooms were comfortable and offered much privacy. The kitchen was modern and well equipped.

Having attached covered parking during the winter is quite a luxury. The owner's were great to deal with and very responsive. We would definitely recommend this condo and stay there again.
