Come and discover our beautiful little royal city by staying in the heart of the city, at the hinge between the shopping center and the historic upper town.

Overlooking the famous Loches market, your holiday rental is the ideal place to fully enjoy the art of living in South Touraine: Shops, local products, restaurants, cafes, entertainment, concerts, etc.

Once arrived, no need to take the car: everything can be done on foot within a radius of 30 seconds to 5 minutes: the morning croissants of a delicious bakery 10 meters, your little shopping at the supermarket downtown Auchan at 90 meters, the wine shop, the tourist office at the end of the street, the castle and its famous dungeon at 200 meters ...

The place is also ideally located to discover the castles of the Loire, the Beauval Zoo, and other small tourist wonders or family attractions in our region.

The apartment, renovated and decorated with care, is spacious (120 m2), pleasant and functional:

- The kitchen, dining room, is fully equipped and equipped "as at home". Outings to the restaurant will remain a pleasure, not an obligation;

- The large living / dining room is ideally exposed and friendly; it offers a sofa bed, a flat screen tv and a dvd / blu-ray player and a large dining table for at least six people;

- You have a bathroom and a shower room: no waste of time in the morning! The bathroom linen is also included without supplement;

- One of the two toilets is separated;

- The 3 bedrooms, overlooking the old town quiet, are all equipped with real comfortable beds (new bedding - May 2017). The beds are made free upon arrival and we can provide an extra bed for a child;

- You also have an office area; the very high speed WIFI (30 mega, VDSL2) is offered.

In summer, the large balcony accessible by 4 large French doors will allow you to enjoy the outdoors, and drink your coffee or a glass of Touraine wine at the small garden table;

In winter, the apartment is cozy; it is perfectly heated (cast iron radiators) with city gas.

All door frames are double glazed thermal and sound for quality insulation.

Games, puzzles and books are present to keep the children inside the apartment. Outside, they will enjoy the games of the public garden at 350 meters, the riding school (school holidays) at the end of the street, the swimming pool Natureo at 2.5 km, and of course the forest of Loches, ideal for children. walks.

Babies are welcome, we have a very complete baby welcome, available at no extra cost on request.

For the practical side:

- several free car parks are in the immediate vicinity of the rental, and you can park at the bottom of the building outside market days (Wednesday and Saturday morning)

- cooking funds are available

- a medicine cabinet is regularly stocked

- You will find cleaning products, a cleaning set, a washing machine, a board and an iron

- end-of-stay cleaning is included at no extra charge

The accommodation is non smoking (but you can smoke on the balcony!)

Animals are not allowed (building code of the building)

We live downtown 300 meters from the apartment, so you can enjoy your stay in privacy but we can also be present when needed and to welcome you and advise you for your stay.

We speak French, German and English (with a very beautiful french accent ;-))

The Apartment was just what we were looking for - roomy, bright and very central.

There were 5 adults in our party, and we stayed a week in the appartment. It was just as the photo's depicted - clean spacious and the facilities were just what we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped, the living space was ideal, and couldn't have been more central. Nolwenn met us and showed us around, and was on hand should we have needed anything. We had a fantastic weeks' holiday, and would recommend this appartment to anyone wanting to explore this area.

Lovely roomy central flat

A lovely flat in the heart of the city, well furnished and equipped. We loved the little balcony where we could look down on the square on all the activities. Nowlenn was very helpful during our stay in Loches which is a lovely interesting city

Appartement atypique situé idéalement en plein centre de Loches, calme, lumineux, fonctionnel. Rien ne manque. Linge de maison à disposition, ce qui permet de voyager léger !

Décoration contemporaine et très soignée qui donne une note bien personnelle à l'appartement.

Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire, jeune maman très dynamique !!! attentionnée et disponible pour répondre à toutes nos interrogations. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié de trouver dans le réfrigérateur du lait, du beurre ... et d'excellentes pâtisseries.

Nous recommandons cette location dont nous retenons l'adresse pour de futurs séjours à Loches.

For over 30 years, we have been renting vacation apartments. Nolwenn's apartment has by far been our best experience. The apartment is large and bright. The floor plan provides privacy and quiet for its guests. The beds are comfortable. Everything in the apartment is fresh and the level of cleanliness goes beyond impressive. The kitchen is completely equipped allowing you to prepare any meal you may think of. Nolwenn has thought of everything to make your stay memorable.
