Very nice home, with everything you need to enjoy the beach and Cape Cod. My wife and I stayed with another couple and the house provided a quiet retreat after busy days of beach going and sightseeing. Enjoyed the large deck each evening overlooking its' namesake - the marsh. Easy walk to the beach. Thanks Lil.
Perhaps the best vacation we ever had. The house was perfect for our family and friends that visited. Large and immaculate with everything needed including, linens, beach chairs and towels, childrens toys, a well stocked kitchen, and a huge private deck with a gas grill where much of our time was spent when not at the beach which is a ten minute walk.
Hope to be back the same time next year.

This beautiful and comfortable home was key to a terrific vacation for myself, wife and two young boys. Everything is provided for you from towels and linens, beach chairs and toys to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. The owner welcomed us with some treats from Candy Manor, which was a really nice touch to begin our vacation. We really enjoyed the deck that looked out on conservation land for the meals we ate at the house. The short walk (about a third of a mile) to the beach was really convenient. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Chatham.
We stayed here again this year with our parents and toddler, and again we had a great time.
The owner attends to every detail, and she was very responsive when we called her. She really goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at home. She even remembered our daughter's name, and when we arrived, we found two new books as gifts for her to enjoy. We left a shirt behind, and before we noticed it was gone, she mailed it to our house!
The beach is an easy walk, there is every toy (beach and indoor) that you can imagine in the basement, the house is comfortable and clean... I could go on and on. Terrific place!
we spend a whole week in this beautiful place. we are a family of 5 with elders and a child. the house is clean, well stocked, close to beach, in a quiet neighborhood and big enough for all of us. the owner is very nice, reasonable and considerate. she even took the trouble to mail us a CD we carelessly left behind. a great place, a great time and high recommended!
We stayed at Marshview for one week with our infant daughter and my parents. It was an amazing week in an amazing place. The owner thought of absolutely everything, and the home and property were well maintained. We couldn't have asked for more.
