We have both 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom OCEANFRONT VILLAS available at various times of the year -- typically in March, April, May and December, and often at other times as well.
We rent, with few exceptions, by the week -- and stays usually begin and end on Saturdays.
2017 Availability for 3-bedroom oceanfront villas:
April 29-May 6
2017 Availability for 2-bedroom oceanfront villa:
These weeks are generally in the Lahaina Tower, which is new (built in 2007) and in top condition. Our available weeks are typically Saturday-to-Saturday stays, although sometimes there are exceptions to that and we can have a check-in or check-out on another day of the week.
The Marriott Maui Ocean Club is located on the heart of Kaanapali Beach. The resort offers the ultimate family vacation experience -- it has every service and comfort you'd expect from a five-star resort. Golf, tennis, shopping and numerous restaurants are within walking distance! The resort also has multiple outdoor areas for BBQs and picnics.
The beach is less than a minute away by foot and has been voted the #1 beach in Maui. It is ideal for sunbathing, surfing, swimming, snorkeling, whale-watching, fishing and other water sports.
The resort has a 3.5-acre super pool, complete with waterslides and a separate sandy cove with a pirate ship for younger children. The swimming pool also features waterfalls, caves, and nets for water basketball & volleyball. There is a separate pool with an extended shallow-water ledge for young children. Food and drinks are available at the pool and beach.
Our villas have fantastic views of the ocean and the neighboring islands of Lanai and Molokai. The sunsets are spectacular!
The 2- and 3-bedroom villas come complete with a full kitchen, granite counters, new stainless-steel appliances, free high-speed Internet, Jacuzzi tub, flatscreen TV, balconies, and washer & dryer.
Located just a few miles from the 19th century whaling village of Lahaina, the Marriott Maui Ocean Club offers you a vacation you'll never forget!
We had a great time in July and the experience was easy. Highly recommend using Justin. Being able to trust someone is one of the biggest challenges, especially for those that new to using VRBO, but Justin made it that easy. No complaints at all.
The room was as promised, 11th floor two bedroom ocean front.
Appliances were dated; dishwasher did not clean dishes well and was very noisy. Balcony was very small with railing blocking broader views. Beds fine. One giant cockroach appeared in the bathroom and freaked everyone out.
Big disappointment was the beach. Too rocky and shallow for swimming, and snorkeling, so had to walk to other hotel beaches. Just a drag when you want to stay near the hotel.
Our family spent March 28th- April 4th in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, OCEANFRONT condo in the Lahaina tower.
Wow! The condo was beautiful, with plenty of space for the 6 of us. Plush comfortable beds. Nice furniture. Very well taken care of property. And the views! Spectacular! Truly oceanfront! We saw whales daily from our lanai. What a treat. So relaxing listening to the waves...
The condo is in a prime location. We spent much time using the lawn & pool area below our unit. So relaxing. There is also a much larger elaborate pool area with slides, kiddie area, & waterfalls. We preferred the smaller quiet area. The grounds are beautiful & meticulously groomed. Plenty of lounging chairs were available at any time. And it was so handy to get our towels & then return them at the end of the day. Many mornings, we'd all wander to Starbucks (right on the property), relax outside, & plan our day.
The paved beach walk is great! Ocean & beach on one side. Beautiful luxurious hotels on the other side, & lined with palm trees on both sides of the path. Not bad scenery for a morning stroll or evening walk to one of the many restaurants right on the beach! We also took the path to Whalers Village for shopping & restaurants. About a 10 minute walk.
Even though one wouldn't even have to leave the resort, we did take in some fabulous activities. We went to the "Old Lahaina Luau"...great atmosphere, food, drinks, & show...with the ocean as the backdrop. And if you go during whale season, don't miss going on a whale watching tour. We all went on the "Ultimate Whale Watch". It was simply awesome! A couple from our group went on a helicopter tour which was fabulous as well! We enjoyed a drive around the north side...pretty narrow road but worth the view!
To sum it up, we had a wonderful week in paradise! Justin was very easy to work with, and was readily available to answer any questions we had about our trip. We would definitely rent through him again!
Beautiful ocean view from every window. Sleep with the sound of waves crashing every night!
Fabulous villa for large groups - like renting a full house on the beach. We rented the 3 bed/3 bath on the 6th floor for 3 families (all with children). Plenty of room for sleeping, lounging, cooking, and eating. 2 patios with wonderful beachfront views. Pool was great for kids and sandy beach access was only steps away.
Villa had important amenities of home for families with kids - laundry, full kitchen, ample cooking utensils, and each family had their own bedroom.
Kaanapali is the prime location on Maui for vacation due to beach access, water activities, restaurants, and shopping (Lahaina).
We are planning on returning to resort with other families for another fabulous vacation.
This Villa was spectacular! The full ocean views from each lanai were outstanding. The 3 bedroom property easily accomodated our 2 families. There was plenty of room, it was quiet, and beautifully furnished and comfortable. The Marriott has so many pools the kids never got tired of swimming. The beach is steps away. The hotel has plenty of daily activities if you need time out of the sun. We easily walked to many great restaurants. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to work with. All in all a perfect vacation. We would repeat it in a heartbeat!
We rented the 3 bedroom ocean view unit on the 8th floor of the Lahaina tower, in April 2013. We brought our 2 toddlers and nanny, and everyone had lots of space. The view was absolutely stunning, and the condo was very clean and looked like it had been recently remodeled. The beds and bedding were really comfortable and I loved the master bathroom. We're somewhat sensitive to noise because the kids go to bed so early, and the unit was nice and quiet. The Marriott is a fantastic place to go with family, because there are so many different pools (I even ended up liking the pirate ship pool which I thought would be super cheesy) and food options, and it is so perfectly located in Kaanapali. We loved walking along the boardwalk to the Hyatt and other hotels along that stretch. Justin Snider is wonderful to work with: very professional and helpful. We hope to return to stay in this condo someday soon.

Rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed. The Marriott collects a State of Hawaii occupancy fee that averages $13/night for an entire group/villa, so this works out to be under $100 total for a 7-night stay.
