We are originally from Charleston South Carolina and currently live in Valdosta GA. We LOVE the beach and enjoy it every chance we get!!
Cheryl Johnson purchased this Condo in 2002
Why Cheryl Johnson chose Saint Augustine
Ocean Village Club was voted "Best on the Beach". It is a well maintained gated community. Ocean Village Club is very active.
What makes this Condo unique
Anastasia State Park and Saint Augustine has been selected by travel writers as one of the best summer family vacation for 2018! Ocean Village Club winner of the 2014 Community of the year!! We enjoy being only 400 steps to the ocean’s edge!!! We enjoy the best of both worlds; the beach VERY close to our unit and the historic charming St. Augustine is only about a 10 minutes drive away. Our MOST favorite thing is RELAXING on the beach getting our required daily supply of vitamin Sea!! We enjoy making our condo the very best it can be for your use as a second home. We love making new friends and welcoming them back year after year. In short, we love it all!!

Pleasant and clean stay at the beach
This condo was just as pictured and extremely clean upon arrival. The location of the condo in the complex was just steps to the pool and the beach boardwalk, an easy walk for even our young children ages 3, 5, 7 and 9. It was an short ride into historical St. Augustine, but we were happiest hanging out at the beach and complex. The condo was well stocked felt like our home away from home. We would definitely stay again and recommend this unit to others!
Thank you so much for your kind words!! We strive to make our guest feel right at home. Happy to hear that you found the condo meticulously clean as that is such an important part of any holiday. We look forward to welcoming you and your family back.
Exceptionally Clean, roomy, and a beautiful condo.
Property was clean, comfortable, and close to what matters: the beach! Check-in was a breeze without any hassles. The condo is fairly represented on VRBO, so if you’re a fan of clean, comfortable, and access to the beach without crossing the highway, you will be pleased with it!
We are so fortunate to be located in such a beautiful area surrounded by incredible natural treasures.
Awesome place to stay
Details of this condo was not overlooked. Owners did an incredible job and we will definitely be staying here again.
Picture of perfection!
My family and I have stayed here for the past several years and always leave ready for next year! Cheryl pays attention to detail and makes sure everything you need is provided! This place is immaculate with high end furnishings and always being updated! Very roomy, close to the pool and beach, quiet area and front door parking! Our favorite vacation spot!
Thanks Stacie for your kind words!! We realize you have a choice in where you stay and appreciate you choosing to stay with us each year. We do try to keep things fresh and meticulously clean as that is such an important part of any holiday.
Great location. Steps from beach. Close to the old city. One of the best equipped places we’ve ever stayed. Would definitely do it again.
We try to supply our guest with quality things. From linens and towels to pots and pans. We feel our guest deserve the extra mile.
