Apartment la Ranche was entirely renovated in 2014. It is located in the village of Montriond, which is situated on the edge of Morzine. The location is ideal, being walking distance from the local shops, bars & restaurants, and just opposite the bus stop which takes you either into the centre of Morzine or up to the Ardent telecabine for easy access to Avoriaz.
The apartment is located on the first floor with an independent entrance. Inside the front door is an area for storing skis and boots. The first bedroom is located on its own floor with a double bed and an ensuite shower room. Windows open out onto a balcony and amzing views towards Mont Chery.
Up another set of stairs is the spacious living area, with lots of natural daylight and stunning views. There is a fully fitted kitchen with induction hob, cooker, dishwasher, firdge freezer and microwave.
The second bedroom is located off of the lounge, and can be made up as either a twin or a double room. It also has an ensuite shower room.
The third bedroom is up another set of stairs and is a great space for a family or children. There is a double bed and a built in single bed, and also an ensuite shower room.
There is a sunny balcony that wraps around 2 sides of the building, with lovely views over the village and the mountains beyond. There are also 2 car parking spaces adjacent to the building.

This apartment belongs to our family, and was completely renovated in 2014. We have designed the interior and furnishings based on our experience of what holiday makers expect in a holiday rental.
Great location in Montriond, close to the bus stop to the Ardent telecabine and walking distance from the shop, bars & restaurant in the village.
We have stayed at apartment la ranche for the past 2 summers and cannot rate it more highly.

Jo is a fantastic host/manager who is there is you need any help or advice.
All rooms having ensuites are so handy and the standard is top class. The children love the bedroom on the top floor with a built in raised bed.
The apartment was stocked with plenty of toys to entertain our 2 year old.
We love being able to walk to the shop for pastries in the morning and Montriond has a lovely relaxed vibe.
Morzine and Avoriaz are incredible in the summer (and winter) and there are a never ending list of activities to keep children and adults entertained.
We had an excellent stay in Montriond from the arrival where Jo came to meet us to the excellent chalet and facilities.
The chalet is very spacious and well equipped. A huge lounge dinner with amazing views in two directions and a series of bedrooms make for a very comfortable stay. We thought Morzine was beautiful and prettiest of all the alpine resorts.
We'll be back and would certainly stay with Jo again.

Our family of five spent a wonderful two week Summer holiday at La Ranche, enjoying staying in Morzine and all it has to offer in the summer months. The appartment is bright, beautifully renovated, spacious and well equipped with super views from the picture windows and wrap around balcony. Having ensuite bathrooms to all of the bedrooms was an added bonus. Jo is warm and welcoming and gave us great recommendations of things to do and places to eat. We benefitted from the Multipass scheme which Jo organised for us - this enabled us to use the superb swimming pool complex in Morzine as well as the tennis courts and chair lifts at a greatly reduced price. Highlights include white water rafting along La Dranse with Nunayak Rafting, mountain biking down the ski slopes of Les Gets led by Christophe , hiking to Le Lac Vert from the Mossettes ski lift and a stunning road bike ride to Sixt Fer a Cheval. Would definitely recommend and would return at the drop of a hat!
We had a great stay in this apartment. Located on Montriond just on the edge of Morzine. Good location as can access lac du Montriond as well as Morzine and surrounding area. Jo, the apartment owner was extremely and provided lots of tips for our visit.
The only downside of our 10 days stay was that the beds were quite hard and we are used to much softer mattresses!

The apartment is very well-fitted out and also very well-equipped. The rooms were all nice and had plenty of storage space. Bathrooms very nice! The location was very quiet and also close to Lac Montriond which is lovely. Jo was really helpful with everything we needed. Lots to do in the Summer.
This apartment is in the quieter neighbour to Morzine called Montriond. Perfect for families or those looking for proper relaxation. The apartment has a great view and balcony with large windows and a great open plan living space. The rooms are comfortable with great bathrooms. This plus the fantastic welcome from Jo made for a great stay.
Morzine is located in the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski area with over 650km of ski pistes. There are also ski cross country trails, sledging, snow shoeing and lots of other activities for the non skier during the winter months.
In the summer, you can take advantage of the many activities in the area, white water rafting, mountain biking, road biking, swimming, walking, climbing etc or just relax and enjoy the stunning mountain scenery.
Morzine is also just over an hours drive from Chamonix, Annecy and Geneva, which are also well worth a visit.

A deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking, and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. A security deposit of €600 is also required, which will be return after your stay providing no damage has been made to the property.
