PRIVATE STRUCTURE. What strikes you most about Casa di Chiara is the majestic, lush blanket of green surrounding it when you enter the property: the garden enfolds this delightful building that has been renovated with recycled materials dating back to the 17th century. The exquisite restoration has bestowed a sober and comfortable style upon the house, without neglecting any details. The particular strategic position of Casa di Chiara offers a close relationship with nature without, however, renouncing any of the comforts of the city.
The house has two floors. The main entrance on the ground floor leads directly into the living room communicating with a cosy reading room and with the dining room. Completing this floor is the kitchen and a toilet. Every ground-floor room has direct access to the garden through French windows. A stone staircase located in the dining room leads up to the top floor with one double bedroom, two double bedrooms with bed 1,40 m wide, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower. A few metres from the main house is the single-storey annex which consists of an open-plan space with dining area and kitchenette, two single beds and a bathroom with shower that has direct access to the garden through a French window.
The property covers approximately 6000 sq m, fenced-in on all sides and provided with automatic gate and internal parking area. Behind the house a wooded area welcomes guests at the entrance and the driveway leading to the house is bordered with oleanders. Holm oaks, olive trees and plants typical of the area alternate in the surrounding garden. The outdoor area adjacent to the kitchen is set up as an outdoor kitchen, with wood oven and built-in barbecue. In front of the living room and dining room is a large portico set up as an outdoor dining area and games area with ping pong and table football.
The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October. Rectangular in shape and lined in PVC, it measures 6 x 12 m with a depth of 1,20 m along the entire perimeter whilst the diving well is 2.20 m deep. Access to the water is via Roman steps, steel ladder and diving board. The pool is situated about 20 m from the house and on a lower level; the 100 sq m sunbathing area surrounding the pool is paved in teak and is equipped with sunbeds and small tables.

The main facilities are located in Montecosaro, about 3 km away from the house.
