Situated only a short walk from the historic center, a spacious and very quiet, super comfortable loft offering: large screen TV, WIFI, American fridge, heating and fresh air conditioning, dryer and washer, bathtub And last but not least a large free garage just underneath the apartement with room for four cars (or lf you prefer the bus and train station are located at 15 and 20 minutes 25km)

You will be amazed by all the exciting culture this region offers e. g. The Emperi castle and museum at 300m, the Grévin de Provence museum and the house of Nostradamus.

The soap, the clocktower, the "moussue" fountain and the traditional producers of the famous Marseille soap. Do not forget to spread your wings to classics like Saint Remy de Provence, Beaux de Provence, the Luberon with Gordes, Lourmatin, Mont Ventoux, Carmague, Marseilles calanques, Aix-en-Provence, Arles, Avignon and its Festivals.

Our 130m2 loft has a very large garage 90m2 free for up to 4 cars.

We are 15 minutes walk from the bus station and 20 minutes from the SNCF train station. Marseille Provence airport is 25km away and Aix-en-Provence TGV station.

Quiet loft in an old mill in the historic center of Salon de Provence.

We have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with a 140cm TV, WIFI, American fridge, reversible air conditioning, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer.

Loft al centro di Salon per vivere la Provenza

Questo loft di grandi dimensioni offre la possibilità di alloggiare al centro di questa tranquilla cittadina senza problemi di parcheggio e spostamenti. La capienza proposta di 6 persone ci sembra un po' ottimistica in quanto la distribuzione di camere e bagni non è molto confortevole: una camera a piano terra è separata dalle altre e priva di servizi accessibili facilmente (c'è solo un piccolo WC, e gli altri due bagni si trovano all'interno delle altre due camere al piano soppalcato), le altre due camere prendono aria e luce da due lucernari non molto pratici da gestire ed una delle due ha un bagno privo di prese elettriche. Il condizionamento dell'aria nella zona giorno è buono, mentre per la zona camere si trova all'esterno e la notte è necessario dormire con la porta aperta per avere refrigerio. La parte giorno è molto grande e curata con una cucina ben funzionale. Il grande garage esterno consente di alloggiare comodamente 2 o più auto, anche se per motivi di ridotti spazi cittadini l'accesso non è sempre agevole (manovre di accesso multiple).
