Ste. Maxime - Croisette - villa close to the sea and view breathtaking sea

Large villa with approx. 240 m² living space, equipped for max. 12 people within walking distance of the beach, beach restaurants, tennis courts and only 2.200 m from the city center of Sainte Maxime.

The air-conditioned living area is divided into two levels and offers in detail the following rooms:

- a lounge / dining room spacious with large adjoining terrace with amazing sea views
- a fully equipped kitchen
- six bedrooms (5 x with double beds and 1 x with two single beds)
- six bathrooms
- guest toilet
- laundry room

The pool is located next to the villa and also offers a magnificent sea view. The pool of 6 to 12 meters is framed by a beautiful beach of wood and can be secured for small children with an electric cover. Additionally the pool can be heated against fees. An appropriate number of sun loungers are of course available.

The plot of 1. 200 m2 is completely closed and fenced by an electric gate. Several cars can be parked on the ground.

Des vacances bien agréables

La maison et la localisation sont très bien Avec un équipement au top à l’exception ( mais ça n’en fait pas une règle) du BBQ et de la piscine qui auraient pu bénéficier d’un peu plus de soin. Je recommande cette location

Vue.magnifique

La villa est magnifiquement située, vue à la fois sur St-Trop et Ste-Maxime. Possibilité d’aller à pied à Sté-Maxime Cependant un point négatif, notre lit était minuscule ( 180x 140 max). Dommage.

Lovely Villa in a great location

Very nice property. Fantastic views over to Sainte Maxime centre and St Tropez from the terrace and pool areas. Air conditioning throughout is good. The villa itself is in good condition and the facilities are great. There was even a piano! Everything was as suggested. The agent was absolutely excellent in keeping in contact when required. It is around 30 minutes to walk into the town centre which was very handy, though it was a bit hot to do it often (July). The beach (and the local private beach "Maxim plage") are much closer at around 5 minutes away on foot. Overall we were all very happy. Thanks for the break!
