Very comfortable cottage facing south with beautiful view at 1250 m above sea level located 3 minutes from the Col de la Croix Fry. it consists of an entrance hall with toilet and storage space, a living / dining room with open kitchen communicating on balcony and terrace. 1 mezzanine bedroom with double bed and single bed in an alcove annex. On the lower floor, large family bath room with walk-in shower, double sinks and large bathtub. 3 double bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds. 1 toilet, 1 laundry, 1 living room with sofa bed. Parking and private property.
