Expanded cape with tasteful contemporary furnishings and design, perfectly located just 100 feet from a guarded beach entrance. Open floor plan with newly updated great room and new fully equipped designer kitchen with granite countertop. Sliding glass doors to 1st floor rear deck and picnic table. First floor also includes two bedrooms, one with queen bed, one with two twin beds, and a ceramic tiled bathroom with a granite vanity top and a tub/shower. Second floor includes spacious master bedroom with queen bed and access to rear 12x20 deck, an elegant ceramic tiled bathroom with glass-enclosed shower and a double Corian sink unit, and another large bedroom furnished with two single beds. Central air. TVs in great room, both queen bedrooms and first floor twin. Separate laundry room with 2nd refrigerator. Outside shower with dressing area. DirecTV with HBO, wireless internet, computer printer and 24" monitor. Fenced yard. Families only. Maximum occupancy 8, including children.
Very nice house in great location. Only way to improve location is to be on the beach. This section of beach was a bit steeper than others within a few blocks, but still clean, guarded, and un-crowded. Short walk south to small bay-side park (swings, small slide/climber, see-saw equip), and longer walk north to larger BH park (lots of newer climbers, swings, soccer, roller hockey, restrooms). Pictures are exactly correct. Downstairs is clean and modern, with slightly small bedrooms. Upstairs bedrooms are very large and clean but older in decor. House was very well stocked with appliances and equipment. We lacked nothing, except maybe some hot water in the downstairs shower, which wouldn't get as warm as upstaris or outside. All appliances worked well. Very quite neighborhood; a short drive to downtown BH.
We were a family of four with a 2 and 5 yr old, my parents, and my aunt. The size was just right, as was the layout. With the kids up so early, the four of us stayed in the two bdrms downstairs, and the others were unbothered as a result. We would absolutely recommend this property, and may rent again ourselves.
We had a fantastic stay at this house!! Our group was 3 couples and 2 small kids. It was a very comfortable week...
Kitchen & laundry room had all the items we needed, furnished with up to date appliances. Outdoor grill was perfect size
and patio gave us the extra room for some sunny days. The ocean side is literally across the street, so packing up & carrying our
stuff wasn't a problem at all. The house itself is located in a more quiet area - which is perfect! It's only a short drive to more activity
and restaurants. Oh, and the two provided bikes gave us hours of fun!! We'll definitely consider this house again!
7 of us stayed here from 8/9/08-8/16/08 & had a blast. The house is literally 100 yards from the beach & has a great view of the ocean from the upstairs deck. The house had nice furnishings, wireless internet, cable, modern amenities, as well as all necessary appliances. I would totally recommend staying here. Any family would feel at home. Oh yeah, great new bathrooms & tile work too!!
Great location, 3rd from the ocean on a quiet dead end street in the most serene area of LBI. Take your morning coffee to the bench at the beach entrance directly across the Boulevard and watch the sun come up. Take a 10 minute walk to the bird sanctuary at the end of the island and see the Atlantic City skyline. 2 miles from shopping, amusements and water park in nearby Beach Haven. Dozens of restaurants of every stripe from breakfast at Uncle Will's to hoagies at Murphy's or an elegant dinner at the Gables. Atlantic City is an hour away by car or bay cruiser. NYC is 2 hours. Golf on the mainland. Tennis courts nearby. Uncrowded beaches. Cool night breezes. Great walking, biking, skating and people-watching on the Boulevard.

Refunds of Rental Deposits for cancellations made by the Traveler within 90 days of the Check-in Date will only be made to the extent any re-rental revenues for the same rental period are realized by the Homeowner, including any discounts to the Rental Rate necessary to secure a re-rental. Homeowner will exert reasonable effort to secure a re-rental and will maintain the HomeAway/VRBO listing during the period. This policy overrides the No Refund policy stated elsewhere on the HomeAway/VRBO listing
