This large condo has high open beam ceilings in the living room and is light and airy with tile flooring everywhere except carpet in the master bedroom suite.
The living room and each bedroom have large open expanses of glass to bring in the feel of the outside. The primary windows face East toward the pool and don't get the west facing glare of the sun. The condo stocks everything that’s needed to sleep 1-4 people.
The master has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two twins (a Trundle bed with a pull-out bed underneath that pops up to regular height).
All the rooms are decorated with contemporary colorful and distinctive artwork and accessories.
The 1200 square foot remodel includes: fully stocked full size kitchen, big garden window over the kitchen sink, solid surface counters, and a bar open to the dining/living room, two remodeled baths with Corian counters, the master bedroom has a sitting room, there is a large wall mounted slate water fall in the foyer, chess/game table with two leather easy chairs, two private enclosed patios, an open patio to the shared pool, personal carport and laundry room.
All utilities are free including cable TV, local telephone, and high speed wireless Internet DSL service.
The open patio off the living room is setback from the shared pool by about 100’ of lawn and landscaping, which was designed for privacy, peaceful views and serenity from the patio furniture. All the east facing windows toward the pool have easy to use Silhouette window shadings.
The swimming pool is heated and there is full BBQ and kitchen facilities in the shared poolside ramada.
The condo’s prime location on El Paseo in Palm Desert is on the wind protected side of Coachella Valley. It's location on El Paseo is just past Monterey Ave, which puts you seconds away from the famous El Paseo shopping district, malls, art galleries and restaurants. In addition your only minutes drive away from playing golf and or tennis, performances at the McCallum Theatre, hiking at Joshua Tree National Park, playing at the new Agua Caliente or Morongo Casinos, and much more.
The Sandpiper Condominiums, conceived as a second home were one of the first developments in the desert and were even promoted by the mayor, Bing Crosby in the 60’s. Its documented desert modernism architecture and landscape with straight lines and sharp angles contrasts nicely with the surrounding mountain backdrop.

All reservations to be paid in full within 28 days prior to scheduled arrival. Check-in/out times are adjusted for tenant's schedule.
