We celebrated our parents 50th Wedding Anniversary by staying here for a week in June. We had 9 adults and 6 children and we were all very comfortable. The house was very spacious. You could easily walk to some areas, but everything was within a short drive. We spent most of our week enjoying the South Yarmouth Beaches, restaurants, and attractions. The house was just as described and had everything you would need. There was plenty of towels for all of us to use at the beach and for taking showers. They said they had plenty and they meant it!!! There is even a great outdoor shower that a few our family enjoyed. The fenced in yard was fantastic. We had a lot of volley ball and baseball games each day right in our own back yard. If you are thinking of having an extended family vacation, this is the place to go. It is often hard to find the perfect place for all ages to enjoy, and we all felt it was the perfect vacation spot. Even the teenagers said it was the best vacation ever!! Linda and Scott were great. From the very first phone call to the day of out departure, they were always available to answer any questions that we had (and we had a lot of questions prior to confirming our stay).
Get away from the hustle and relax in the close proximity of ocean beaches, boating/sailing, fishing, golf ,shopping, restaurants, recreation centers all within minutes in a very private setting. Family orientated in a quiet, quaint, charming, historical setting. The location allows for diverse interests while stressing convenience.
