Just perfect!!!

My family and I couldn't have asked for a better cabin to stay in. Robin the cabin owner was the best!!! She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. If therr was anything we needed Robin was always a phone call or a text away!!! The cabin was so clean, the furniture and beds were so comfy. We loved the location of the cabin also, so quiet. My family and I will be back to stay again in one of Robin's cabins again. Thank you again Robin for making our first trip to Tennessee the best!!!!

Great place!

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cabin. Having a bedroom and bath both upstairs and downstairs is perfect if you have two couples. Lovely front porch to sit on. We used the hot tub every night. We turned in the lights on the back porch and in the downstairs bedroom and had plenty of light. Very quiet location.

Quant, relaxing and private.

  • 5 of 5

This cabin is in a wooded setting, a short distance from Townsend. It has ample kitchen equipment. A hot tub or jacuzzi to soak away muscle soreness from a day of hiking.

We enjoyed the fire place which was stocked with fire wood. There is a outdoor charcoal grill that you will need to pick up charcoal for use.

Robin is very good at communicating promptly and politely-making the stay more enjoyable.

The cabin is stocked with books, games and videos if needed. The beds are comfortable.

Nice, quiet and clean cabin next to the Smokies

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed a staying in this cabin. Very clean, well equipmented with more than we needed appliances. 20 minutes drive from Cades Cove, and around 45 to Pigeon Forge. We have been visited by bear, exactly as picture shown. It made a show tried to open garbage cans for kids. Hot tub was a great end of the days full off hiking.

Thank you Robin!

Amazing and very clean!

  • 5 of 5

Hands down one of the cleanest cabins we have ever stayed in. They have thought of every detail you could need. They had lots of movies and board games to play. We enjoyed a different game each night with the family. I am extremely picky on cleanliness on places we stay at. This cabin is beautiful and well kept. Very impressed and would stay again. We were sad to leave. The only thing I would add would be an outside light for the hot tub so it could be enjoyed in the evenings. Didn't like to venture out there in the dark. We just enjoyed it during day light hours instead, so it really didn't bother us that much. If you want peaceful, beautiful, and clean...this is a great choice!! I wish all owners took care of their cabins like this one!

Townsend, Tennessee is situated next to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Commonly called 'the Peaceful Side of the Smokies', Townsend is away from the hectic pace of other areas and is truly a great place to spend time with family and friends. Cades Cove is only minutes away where you'll see how the pioneers of the area lived. It's also a popular area to view the native wildlife, including black bear, deer, wild turkey, grouse, etc.

There are so many outdoor activities to do in the area. There are numerous trails nearby to hike and there is also a walking/biking trail in Townsend that is approximately 9 miles long. During the summer, visitors love to tube down the river that runs through Townsend. The river is popular also for fishing and swimming. There are several horseback riding businesses around Townsend and bikes can be rented to enjoy the bike trail.

Whatever you choose to do, you'll enjoy all the nature that Townsend and the area has to offer.

Other Activities: tubing
