This beach front apartment has recently been renovated throughout and offers bright and airy accommodation with stunning uninterrupted sea views at the front and pleasant open views over the gardens to the rear. There are spacious balconies both front and rear.

Well equipped and furnished throughout, with two double bedrooms and one bathrooms.

The apartment also offers comfortable accommodation for a party of eight. Together with the adjoining apartment it can be converted into an apartment with 4 bedrooms and 2 .Alternatively, ideal for two families holidaying together, the accommodation is divided into two independent units each with two bedrooms , a bathroom,kitchen , dining - living area and two terraces interconnected by a sliding door into the open-plan living room and kitchen.

In the well maintained grounds to the rear of the building is the shared swimming pool and children's pool.

There is also parking and the apartment has wifi.

Apartamento muy bien localizado, funcional y con mucha luz. La disposición de las dos terrazas es muy cómoda. Ideal para los amantes del mar y del viento.Uno puede olvidarse del coche durante toda la estancia. Hemos recibido un trato excelente por parte de la agencia intermediaria.

Lovely property in a perfect location for a quiet

We have stayed in the property before so knew it was worth a return visit. The apartment is clean and well maintained and well equipped. There are two balconies, one overlooking the beach and sea and the rear one has a view of the gardens. A cool breeze blows through the apartment so no air conditioning is needed. The apartment block is secure and has underground parking. There is a lift to all the floors if required and direct access to the beach. We will no doubt return to this property as it is ideal for a quiet holiday away from the crowds.
