The kitchen features new appliances. The large living area features new furniture (sofa which pulls out into a queen bed, love seat, and a swivel chair) around a new flat screen hd television which includes a DVD player and wireless Internet access. A sliding glass door lets in the light and opens on to the large back deck with comfortable furniture which has a bay view. The master bedroom has a king size bed, television and DVD player. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a television and a DVD player. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan with an overhead light fixture. Eight people can sleep comfortably in this house.

New in 2016 new back deck furniture, 2015 additional A/C unit for upper bedroom, 2014, new queen sized mattress in 3rd bedroom, 2013 new full view screen door 2012 new flat screen TV and roof, 2011 - Comfortable furniture on the front porch and the back deck. New in 2010 - Updated bathrooms complete with new vanities, sinks, toilets, and tile floors. New in 2008 - Brand new kitchen appliances (refrigerator, stove and dishwasher) and floor. We have also added a new king size bed in the master bedroom. New in 2007 - New air conditioning unit installed and new twin mattresses in 2nd bedroom. New in 2006 - New front porch and back deck.
It is on a quiet dead end street, but is close to everything. The location is perfect! We are about 2 miles to the boardwalk of Wildwood, but well away from all of the hustle and bustle. We are also a hop skip and a jump from Cape May. Within minutes you can be at Downtown Cape May, the Cape May Lighthouse, watching another beautiful sunset by the sunken concrete ship at Sunset beach. We have a great little miniature golf course across the street that serves ice cream. South Station Market (like an upscale Wawa) is only a block away where you can order outstanding breakfast sandwiches, your morning coffee or some great fries as a snack when you get home from the beach.
Our beach is the best in NJ. It has something for everyone. We are a private beach and provide 8 tags for the beach in our home for our renters. Every year, the owners of the beach bring in Palm Trees and plant them on our beach. It is beautiful! Our beach also has tiled bathrooms, showers to rinse off on your walk home from the beach, delicious home cooked sandwiches and a tiki bar for the adults, that has live entertainment on the weekends.

Walk to beach was a bit longer than expected. House was nice, clean but well used (tired).
The condo was very nice and clean. It's location was just perfect.
This is by far our favorite vacation rental! We came with eight adults and it was very comfortable. Plenty of closets and drawers to keep everyone's stuff tucked away and neat. Loved the bedrooms and the kitchen was fully equipped. The only negative would be the pull out couch. Not comfortable, but we had brought a blow up mattress because we have never found any pull out to be comfortable enough for a weeks worth of sleep. The front porch became our favorite hang out, eating breakfast on it in the morning and ice cream from the shop across the street at night. The house is clean and roomy and beautiful. The beach here is gorgeous. Definitely the nicest beach in all of Wildwood. Thank you to the owners for being so wonderful and answering all my questions and for providing us with such a great vacation home. We will definitely be back.
My family and our friends stayed in this home (a total of four adults and three children), which 3 blocks to the beach and a 3 minute drive to the boardwalk. The home has a fantastic layout, with an a nice living area with couches, a large flat screen TV, a full size kitchen table and fireplace. The front porch and back deck area provides a wonderful view and all of the bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms seemed to have all been redone in the last year or so. The location couldn't be better. Close to everything, but on a quiet street that makes you feel like you are away from it all. We recommend anyone looking to vacation to book this house! A++. Hands down, the best deal in all of Diamond Beach.
We will surely be coming back here! Super clean and the description is spot-on. The owner replied to my emails almost instantly, when I had a question. We were 3 blocks from the beach and a walk or short car ride from some great attractions. I would highly recommend to anyone!
Our family was so glad to be back at this beach house again. We love this place! The wagon left by the owners makes it so convenient for taking our grandchildren to the beach, there's plenty of room for us all to have together-time and alone-time (spacious loft area), and the property is very clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this home to others, which is much nicer than the photos depict.
The famous Wildwood boardwalk and historic Victorian Cape May are within a 5 minute drive. An exclusive private beach complete with palm trees, chair and cabana rentals, a snack bar, and restrooms is only 3 blocks away (beach tags are included). You are within walking distance from everything you will need - a convenience store, fine dining, casual dining, a local shop for beach items, miniature golf and ice cream, playground, wildlife preserve, etc.
