Beautiful apartment recently renovated on the third and last floor of a quiet residence with well maintained elevator, by a nice caretaker.
The apartment consists of an entrance with wardrobe / closet, a bathroom with bath, a living room bright stay completed by a fully equipped open kitchen and finally a nice separate room with a comfortable double bed 140x200 cm. The maximum capacity is four people, because the living room has a sofa convertible into a double bed, but the apartment is more comfortable for two.
You will also find outside two balconies, one equipped with a table for your sunny meals with a magnificent view of the roofs of the Bordelaise shops.
The bed linen and towels are provided, the optional cleaning obligatory to be regulated at the beginning of stay is in supplement, (40 €).
The location and proximity to the foot of the building means of transport varied (bicycles, electric cars, tram line C to 700 meters, bus ...), allow you to move without your own vehicle, however places are available in the surrounding streets.
The St Jean train station is a 9-minute walk away, allowing you to reach the Arcachon Bay in 55 minutes, the vineyards of St Emilion / Pomerol, Mérignac Airport and Paris in 2 hours.
You have the entire apartment in a secure condominium where calm and respect are required.

Well situated, bright, modern apartment with lovely west facing balcony
Only 10 mins from train station and a 15 min walk into town. In quiet location but in easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and sites and very close to main market which is fantastic. Well equipped apartment, bright and light and with really everything you need for a comfortable stay. Frederic was there to meet us and gave helpful advice on local shops, transport etc and was quick to return our deposit on our return to the UK. We thought this apartment was very good value for money and would happily stay there again.
Thank you very much Steve for your appreciation and it will be a pleasure to welcome you back to Bordeaux.
It was an immaculate appartment in a quiet residential road
The appartment was really well equipped and super clean. Frédéric was very helpful too. You need to negotiate Bordeaux from here but it is easy to walk or take a tram. get the direct 30 from airport to Gare St Jean . go towards the centre for best shops and restaurants. Visit Cite du vin for sure allow lits of time.. take the wine tasting cruise too. buy foods at marche du capucin. downside french people do not pick up their dog poop , so you look at the pavement not where you are going ! oh and take the train to St Emillion , beautiful !
Sleek and tidy apartment
Great floor plan and efficient use of space for a most comfortable stay. LIght and bright with a great view.
Hello Sharon, thank you for your appreciation. Frédéric
Lovely well appointed, clean, bright and airy apartment
The apartment was just what we'd hoped it would be, being both comfortable and spotlessly clean. It's located in a quiet residential street and it's possible to walk to all the sites. Frédéric was welcoming and helpful and has thought of everything. Definitely recommend staying here.
Thank you very much Janet, you will always be welcome for a new stay in Bordeaux. Frederic
A Hidden Gem in the "Mission District" of Bordeaux
My whole experience here was great. The owner responded promptly, communication was clear and payment was easy so I could book for next day stay (and my deposit was refunded same day as leaving). The place is located a bit further away from the main downtown area (adds 10-15 mins to travel time) but still has easy walking and tram access and it's just 10 mins walking from Gare St. Jean. The newly renovated apartment was super clean and well appointed in IKEA style and the owner took care to leave thoughtful things like a few cold drinks and coffee. The neighborhood was friendly and more of a student/working area than a tourist area. Since I was traveling alone I was attentive to my safety. The streets are well lit and I felt comfortable returning at night. If you've been to San Francisco this area reminded me of the Mission District... a bit grittier but full of life. Probably the only thing I can slightly complain about is that the shower water pressure was low... but that's not unusual for older buildings in old cities. This is great place to experience Bordeaux and the price makes it extremenly affordable. I would return/recommend.
Thank you Stephanie for your appreciation and I am very glad that your stay has gone well.
