3 bedrooms apartment with partial sea views near Santa Ponsa with shared pool

Sleeps 6. 2 bedrooms terraced apartment with partial sea views, fully furbished at a walking distance from the main Santa Ponsa beach. There is a splendid terrace facing the port and it is close to all amenities: such as supermarket, shops, banks, restaurants and bars.

3 double bedrooms (2 of them with 2 single beds) and 2 complete bathrooms (1 of them With bathtube and the other one with shower).

Fully equipped apartment with WIFI, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc.

Shared garden and swimming pool to enjoy the summer in Mallorca!

Wireless Surveillance Cameras in House, No Hot Water

We were bound to get a dud sometime. This was an awful experience from beginning to end. Non-responsive management, helpful but powerless separate customer support company, and hidden surveillance cameras in the residence.

-- On Homeaway, the villa was listed with air conditioning. It does not have air conditioning. It is still listed more than two months after we pointed this out at the time of this posting.

-- The villa has no hot water. Someone was by twice to fix. Someone came on the 18th and it worked on one day, on the 18th. Someone returned on the 19th promising to fix it. As of the 19th, no water came from the tap when hot was turned on. We had no hot water through the 23rd.

-- The Villa was listed with a pool. However, the pool had not been cleaned and was growing something, and green. Someone arrived Wednesday, August 19th to treat the pool. As of Thursday the 20th, the pool is not usable / not clean. The pool was first clean/usable on Friday, giving us essentially two days.

-- The shower was damaged when we arrived. When someone came to fix on Monday, it was repaired with painter's tape.

-- The villa was a bit dirty. The yard wasn't cleaned, the lounge chairs were filthy and the bathroom was in poor repair. A person had to come to fix the shower which was fixed with tape.

The person who came by to put chemicals in the pool mentioned he had not been informed anyone was using the home until after we arrived. So the maintenance team didn't know we were coming.

The kicker is the surveillance cameras, one in the hallway, and another in the kitchen. We did not notice until Thursday and we promptly covered the camera lens. The cameras are Verisure ES700IPDE cameras, which can transmit photos out of the home. We were staying with two teenage kids. This was disturbing.

Multiple emails to Suyt, including the CEO eventually via LinkedIn, were met with silence. Only when we stopped the PayPal payment, and after it was reversed, did they contact PayPal not 60 minutes after the reversal, promising to resolve. Still no contact.

The house is misrepresented, and the management is terrible. Avoid at all costs unless you'd like video of your cold showers from the surveillance cameras streamed out of the house.

Schade...

Die "Villa Cala Pi" präsentierte sich bei unserer Ankunft in schmutzigem, ungepflegtem Zustand: Kaffeemaschine mit gebrauchter Kapsel und Schmiere, Krumen im (funktionsunfähigen) Backofen, Bratpfanne mit Fettaugen, verschmierte Mikrowelle, Spinnweben in den Ecken. Die Schrankfronten lösen sich in Herdnähe ab, da der Dampfabzug (wohl seit längerem) nicht funktioniert... Die meisten Oberflächen (Tische, Stuhllehnen etc.) waren klebrig. Und zudem war der Pool grün. - Wenngleich das Haus am 3. Tage nachgereinigt wurde und der Pool am 5. Tag geputzt und brauchbar war, so bleibt ein schaler Nachgeschmack. Schade für ein an sich gefälliges Objekt, wenn es so schlecht gepflegt wird!! Und unser Urlaub war natürlich sehr überschattet! Wir können die Agentur nicht weiterempfehlen.
