Pinnacle Port, at Carillon Beach, is a private, upscale, gated, 26-acre resort located on the emerald-green waters and the snow-white sands of the world’s most beautiful beaches. Bordered by both the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Powell and adjacent to Camp Helen State Park and the beachside community of Carillon Beach, it is 22 miles east of Destin, ten miles east of Seaside, and three miles east of Rosemary Beach. Airport is located approximately 20 miles away.

Welcome to the ultimate beach destination! This sixth floor condominium is in the sought after C3 building which offers one of the most spectacular views in the area. Looking straight ahead you will see endless ocean water with the occasional glimpse of dolphin swimming along the coast and other sea life. The private balcony also has an uninterrupted, picturesque view of the coastline towards neighboring Camp Helen State park and Seaside. The sunsets are also incredible. The beach is closer than you can imagine!

This single-level condominium has been totally redecorated throughout with a totally gutted and remodeled kitchen, master bath room and second bath room with new cabinets, new granite countertops, new sinks, new shower (in the master bath), new bath (in the second bathroom), new tile and new oiled bronzed fixtures. You will love the calming and relaxing colors. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has two twins. There is also a sofa bed which allows the unit to sleep six people. The fully-equipped kitchen opens into the dining area and living room. The living room offers cable TV with VCR and DVD. The master bedroom has cable TV and VCR. Bed linens and bath towels are included.

This condo recently received the highest PLATINUM Rating from the Resort Property management company that the owner uses to locally manage this rental. The inspection report indicates that "this is a great unit. It has great appeal and the furnishings are upscale and this unit is at the top of our Platinum rating. Guests would be very happy to stay in this unit.....Thank you for all of the upgrades and your attention to detail. This makes your unit a pleasure to rent."

Pinnacle Port Resort offers two pools (one indoor/outdoor heated), saunas, four lighted tennis courts, exercise facility, shuffleboard, playground, barbecue grills, boat docks and launch ramps to Lake Powell, private streets for biking and walking, and beach rentals. Gated security entrance and 24-hour security patrols are provided.

Enjoy the shops, restaurants, concerts on the lawn, and church services offered by Downtown Carillon Beach, all within the gate. Additional restaurants, shopping, supermarket, golf, fishing, and other attractions are just minutes away.

Lease Note:

We welcome guests for a three night minimum stay outside of the May 23 to August 8 time frame. When checking availability during the summer period we need to have a 7 night minimum stay.

We do not rent to singles under 25 unless accompanied by parents.

Daily lounge and umbrella set up is available (at the travelers expense) in season (March to October). References happily provided upon request.

Just a little bit of heaven here

My 3rd winter enjoying your wonderful condo - this would also be a great place for a couple or family to spend their vacation - the condo has recently been remodelled - new kitchen cupboards with granite counters -the kitchen is well stocked if you wished to eat in - both en suite bathrooms have been remodelled -the master en suite has a lovely walk in shower - The views from the balcony are spectacular - it's great to sit out on the balcony to watch the dolphins swim by -have lunch or to sit & enjoy a glass of wine watching the sun set - It is the end building at Pinnacle Port - the best building there is - hope you enjoy your holiday here as much as I do.

This was my second stay at this great condo, you really cant get much closer to the beach, if you could jump off the balcony you would land on the sand.

Very clean and updated with taste, good kitchen for dining in and close to all the great restaurants and shops on 30A, we even rode or bikes to Seaside and back for a good workout. Great balcony for an morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening and watch the sun go down. I will be back again soon.

Family of five!

When we looked at the pictures of this condo, we thought the rooms and view looked nice, so we reserved it for our family of five people. After arriving, we realized how beautiful the condo was. The owner has taken the time to put updated, tasteful furniture and decorations in the condo. The double sliding doors and windows are a plus...something we don't usually find at other seaside condominiums. There could not be a better view of the ocean from the balcony. As far as the property is concerned, we were thrilled with the location on the beach. Pinnacle Point backs up to a state park which leaves little development on one side of the beach...lots of natural beauty! Our boys had a blast fishing in the lake and playing in the lagoon and dunes that fed into the gulf. We would highly recommend this property to others.

I just returned from our stay in this unit. I love the location of this property. It is quite, and even being there Memorial weekend, it was not crowded. The view from the balcony is private and beautiful. With that said, I was expecting a little bit more from this condo. Almost all of the reviews were 5 star, so maybe I had my expectations too high. First of all, this is a much older condominium than I am used to staying in. There were several things that were a big deal to us. The cabinets had foam looking stuff coming out of them and paint chipping off in the kitchen and master bath. The shower ceiling was so low that a tall man will have to lean down to take a shower. Part of the ceiling in the shower had chipped off. The guest bathtub would not work properly and hold water, so my daughter could take a bath. The trash area located by our elevator had a terrible smell most days. Keep in mind, I have never wrote a review before, and I travel at least 2-3 times a year. My husband is in the rental business, so we just felt that others might want to know these things so they won't be disappointed.

Owner's Response: I take great pride in ensuring that the guests to my condo have a wonderful stay. It was therefore very disappointing to receive this average review which is out of line with every other review that I have received (I want to note that the other reviews are not from “family and friends”). While it is a shame that there was no mention of the many positive aspects of the condo (the furnishings, the overall décor, the new top of the line king size bed, new cook top) I want to meet and where possible exceed everyone’s expectations. As such I immediately put in a work order to fix the guest bathtub (which I did not know was an issue until this review) and when I have a gap in between reservations (as I do not want to inconvenience current guests) I will have the noted areas repainted and cabinets fixed. Again it is very important to me that my guests have a wonderful experience when they stay at my condo and I will continue to do whatever I can to meet/exceed their expectations.

You want to be *on* the beach? Look no further!

This was our 2nd year to stay in this particular unit. We enjoyed it so much the first year, we did not bother looking elsewhere to plan this year's vacation. We already knew we wanted to stay here again.

Our family enjoyed another fabulous week of vacation at your place. When we told the kids we were going back to the beach and water this summer, they both asked if we could go to the same house (as they call it) as we did last year, and they're already asking when we can go back.

You simply cannot beat the semi-privacy of being at the far end of the resort in a small building and in a gated community. Being quite literally just a few steps away from the beach is also priceless for us. Our daughter (special needs) tolerates the short walk very well and taking both of the kids back and forth for bathroom breaks and such is very convenient.

We are so thankful we found your place and hope to make it an annual trip!

We Loved It!

We pulled into Pinnacle Port around 8 pm after a long, 10-hour drive from Southern Indiana. The first thing my husband, 14-yr old son and I did was to step out onto the balcony and take in a beautiful sunset over white sands and blue-green water. What a wonderful way to de-stress!

We had decided to take a last-minute trip to the Gulf Coast in late July and chose Panama City Beach as our destination because there hadn't been any reports of oil on the beaches. Having never been to the area, we really didn't know where to stay and relied on reviews on sites like TripAdvisor to choose our accomodations. We almost chose one of the high-rise condos in the Panama City Beach area, but on the day before we needed to make a final decision we stumbled onto the VRBO site and saw the great comments about this condo. We were SO GLAD that we chose this listing!!! It is so quiet and peaceful on this stretch of beach. We drove by the condo that we almost rented and were really turned off by the crowds and noise. I thought that our teenaged boy would have rather have stayed “where the action is” but he LOVED it here!

There were a lot of fun things to do within a very short drive. We rented jet skis, went parasailing, went to the Ripley's and WonderWorks Museums, and just hung out on our beautiful, quiet stretch of beach. We went to an awesome restaurant in Panama City called Hunt's Oyster Bar. It was small, noisy, and packed with friendly locals. The prices were low and the seafood was the best we had in the area. Capt. Anderson's was also good, but not as fun as Hunt's.

To secure this unit for your reservation the rental management firm used will ask for a $250.00 security deposit (this deposit will be refunded to you 10-14 days after your departure via check in the mail to the address on file for the reservation if there are no damages to the unit). The full balance of the rental would be due 14 days prior to arrival.

There is a 10% registration/*damage protection plan with the rental management firm. This protection plan will cover any accident that occurs during your stay, as long as it is reported to their office. The damage protection plan would cover the costs of the repair or replacement. Any items not be reported to our office, the cost to repair or replace the item would be adjusted from the security deposit prior to issuing any refunds.
