Bringing you the best of the Emerald Coast with it's nice comfortable furnishings while being very well maintained. Have your favorite beverage morning or evening from the 2 large balconies or patio area filled with endless views of the water and white sandy beach. You can also sun by the private pool, or shop at the nearby outlet mall, walk to one of the 3 nearby restaurants or watch TV or movies from one of the 4 TV's, 4 DVD's, or your choice might be to remain in bed and watch the ocean waves come in on the beach from our Master Suite. Our kitchen is fully furnished just like home even with corian countertops. Each floor has it's own refrigerator and coffee pot for your private use.

We both have been in and around real estate since 1973. We never dreamed we would be able to own a home in Destin but after much hard work and many blessings this dream came true. We love Destin and we do try very hard to keep our place nice for our guest when we are not there. We both grew up in Bowling Green, KY. area and met after Ken returned from Viet Nam where he was a Marine!

We had been going to Destin since 1985 and never dreamed we would ever own a place there. We fell in love with this area and went just about every year and stayed at different places. We were very blessed to be able to have the opportunity to make a purchase in 2006 and after much searching this was the property we were able to purchase. This is our dream home of a lifetime and enjoy it as our second home.
This is not just a rental unit it is also our second home so we do try hard to keep it nice for our guest! The other two units in our building are year around owners living there.
We loved it
We had booked the week that Hurricane Irma was making her rounds. We just couldn't decide whether to go or not. Ken and Beverly offered to let us change for another week that they had available since we were worried about the weather. We decided to go ahead and use the week that we had booked. The weather was great. It was a beautiful area that we had never seen in Destin. Best access to the beach that we had ever had. The townhouse is large and roomy. We had ten in our party and we had plenty of room. The view from the townhouse is breathtaking. We loved the townhouse and can't wait to stay there again.

Absolutely love staying here. Just across the street from the beach and a great view from the decks! Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Nice kitchen and living room. Real close to good dining at The Crab Trap and Pompano Joe's. Can't wait to go back.
We couldn't have asked for a better experience and a wonderful place to stay while we were on vacation!! Condo was in a great place especially with the grands!!!
We will definitely be going back here for our vacation place to stay in Destin & I highly recommend that you rent Ken & Bev's condo!!
The Childers townhouse was wonderful. The view from the balconies was beautiful. Well furnished, great kitchen, comfortable beds. Location was perfect.

Only 2 miles from large Silver Sands Outlet shopping center. Large water park for whole family approx. 3 miles away. 3 restaurants within walking distance. Many wonderful restaurants in area to choose from. We do 7 night stays only during busy season! If off season lessor time may or may not be considered. We have parking for two cars and must have parking passes displayed on car.
