Completed in September 2011, the apartment is on the tenth floor of the iconic Torch building, a structure which has one of the best locations in the marina. Both spacious and welcoming, the rooms have been decorated using a subtle colour palette reflecting the very best in urban living.
The generous sized living room incorporates a dining area with a table and seating for four, one of which can convert to a sofa bed.
Leading off of the living space is both a fully fitted kitchen as well as a double bedroom with marina views.
The bedroom has floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes plus a separate dressing area.
The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower a WC and separate bidet.
There is also a guest cloakroom leading from the lounge.

The first phase of the new Dubai tram system operates from Dubai Marina and runs to the Palm monorail, with further track being built onward to the centre of Dubai. In the opposite direction, the tram will take you the two stops to Dubai Marina mall.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Apartment.Die Lage ist super. Man kann zu Fuß zum Strand gehen. Der Marina Walk ist gleich unten am Tower.Man hat gleich um die Ecke mehrere Supermärkte ,die Metro ist nicht weit.Einfach super. Und der Service war auch professionell. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und man hat eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung.Wir werden sicherlich wenn sich die Gelegeheit nochmal bietet dieses Apartment buchen wenn wir nach Dubai reisen.
The apartment is in an ideal location at the entrance to Dubai Marina and only 5 minutes walk to the metro. Also nearby is the new tram service that runs along the coast towards downtown Dubai. In the opposite direction, it is only two tram stops to Dubai Marina Mall. For cycling enthusiasts, there is a 9 kilometre cycling track running adjacent to the tram line. Dubai is expected to have a total of 151 kilometres of bikeway by the end of 2014.
