House of 95 m², located in Lège in a quiet environment, facing a wood of oaks and pines. 8 km from the ocean beaches of Grand Crohot, 3 km from the Bassin, 1.2 km from the city center (10-15 min walk), with all amenities, shops and public transport.
Sleeps 5 people with 3 bedrooms, one smaller, 1 bed 160 and 2 beds 140, and a large veranda. Living room, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, television, cable / satellite.

Excellent séjour et maison très agréable !

La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle. La véranda permet d'être à l'abri en cas de pluie et la terrasse est parfaite pour les repas à l'extérieur. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Location à recommander !!

Location décevante

Malgré la précision que nous étions une famille avec deux enfants dont un de deux ans, aucun rehausseur ni chaise haute. Pas de lit parapluie non plus malgré notre demande. Il a été ramené deux jours après. Des propriétaires n'acceptant pas la visite pendant quelques jour de ma soeur et son bébé pour la seule raison que un bébé en plus cela fait 7 personnes et non 6. Aucun arrangement financier possible. Le sol dans les chambres est comme en travaux, béton et traces de colle, ce qui ne se voit pas sur les photos. Pas de barbecue possible mais un grill électrique qui n'a pas fonctionné. Attention aux moustiques, la maison est situé à côté d'une rivière marécageuse.

Maison agréable pour un séjour en famille

Maison située à mi-chemin d'Arcachon et de la pointe du Cap-Ferret, parfait pour débuter vos ballades. La plage la plus proche est à moins de 15 minutes en voiture. Le jardin est grand et permet de bien profiter du soleil tout au long de la journée. La véranda est également bien vu en cas de mauvais temps, de plus elle est très spacieuse. Le plus, les propriétaires vous feront partager leurs connaissances de la région. A recommander.
