Exceptionally spacious apartment in a wonderful area; this apartment was completely Call renovated in March / April 2017 to a very high standard. A wide open plane lounge and dining area includes modern furnishings and fittings, flat screen television with cable stations and a large balcony. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, oven, dishwasher and multiple appliances and coffee machines. The apartment has central heating as well as air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living area.
There are 3 very spacious bedrooms That can be configured into dual or single beds with quality linen and fittings. The main bedroom and 2nd bedroom share a long balcony with views of the Eiffel Tower. The third bedroom: has a private balcony with views over Parisian buildings.
Ample storage is available in the wide walk-in wardrobe space for qui HAS clothes, coats and luggage. The apartment has two very modern bathrooms and one separate toilet. The main bathroom: has a washer / dryer and the second smaller bathroom is ideal for guests in the 3rd bedroom.
This apartment is Significantly larger than Parisian holiday lets and is Positioned in six minutes walk from RER Line B to Charles de Gaulle airport and North Station and the Orly airport bus. There is a wide shopping area and nearby Numerous supermarkets within walking distance. The Closest Franprix is a 2 minutes walk, a pastry 3 minute walk and a wide Monoprix is 5 minutes walk.

This was a lovely apartment right outside the area of the Catacombs. There's a small grocery store right around the corner within walking distance. The apartment itself is fully equipped. There is a washer however there is no dryer! I was assuming that it was a washer dryer all in one but they have a laundry rack for you to dry your clothes on the balcony. The bed is a little bit uncomfortable and it's kind of up on a platform so you have to crawl in and crawl out every night. There are automatic Shutters on the Windows which are fabulous at making an environment for you to sleep sound. There's a TV and a stereo. The coffee maker is fabulous it makes espresso pods. The apartment did not have paper towels or toilet paper you need to purchase those around the corner. There was also no detergent or fabric softener. I can't imagine people constantly staying there someone wouldn't have left their extra I left mine why would they make you purchase a large amount of detergent when you're only going to be there a few days. The owner is very responsive he answers any questions you have. The door lock was a little tricky not like we have in the US. I very much enjoyed this apartment and would use it again in a heartbeat if I went back! I highly recommend treating yourself to this lovely rental. Also don't let the Metro intimidate you. It's very easy to buy one way passes for anywhere you want to go in Paris. This will cost you roughly 1.90 euros. you can take the metro out to the church on the hill which is a 45 minute ride but the area when you get off is a little sketchy so you may have to Uber from there. I walked everywhere in Paris and ubered maybe seven times in a 10 day period. The Landscaping is amazing the buildings and architecture are out of this world. Tipping to the Uber drivers is appreciated tipping to the servers is not expected but you don't have to feel forced to do 20% like we do in the US. They do not like to get US dollars, I paid the airport drivers tip in US Dollars and he looked at me like I gave him an old cheeseburger. Have you google translator handy. There are many taxi and Uber drivers that do not speak English. Stick to the Uber drivers, the taxis tend to overcharge . Save receipts for all your purchases so you can compare them to your credit card statement.
Peaceful Parisian location
The location is safe and convenient since there are two metro stations and the RER Line B, plus the Orlybus, within easy walking distance. There are shops, cafés and restaurants in nearby streets. Our booking and meeting arrangements went smoothly and the owner was very helpful by looking after our luggage for a time when we were leaving. The kitchen and furniture are fine, the bathroom is adequate and there’s a lovely balcony. You may have to provide your own toilet paper and soap. There’s plenty of space for two, but the apartment could accommodate four good friends.
There is little not to love about this apartment. It is beautifully presented, nice furnishings, very clean, and a delight to stay. The kitchen has a good supply of basic ingredients to prepare a meal, the lounge room is spacious with a comfortable sofa, the bathroom is modern with a fantastic shower and the balcony is an added bonus. The bedroom possibly would not suit everyone i.e. those with mobility problems as the bed is on the floor and it is hard.
This apartment is in a very good location and is particularly convenient if you are arriving by plane as the train from Charles de Gaul stops at the RER at the top of the street. If you arrive at Orly, the Orly bus stop is also at the top of the street. As there is a metro line and bus very close by you can travel anywhere in Paris with ease. It is perfect!
The owner is the nicest person you could meet. He is helpful and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend this apartment. Staying in this apartment in Paris was a wonderful experience - I loved it and cannot wait to return!!!
Charming and Modern Condo in Paris
The condo was just as pictured. The owner was charming and so very helpful. (When we bought a ready to bake quiche - not realizing there was no oven in the condo - he offered to cook it at his place for us - he is in the same condo complex.) The owner speaks quite good English, and is very helpful answering questions and giving suggestions and drawing maps to find places nearby.
Nearby are 2 "super marches", and several nice restaurants within several blocks. The Metro was a 7 min. walk - the RER was about 9 min. And there was a Monopris (this one for groceries) just beyond the RER, also a super walking street with all kinds of stalls & shops (I was able to get a new battery for my watch).
The nearby Metro line is not the best for sightseeing, as you will most certainly need to change lines - but if you avoid "Les Halles", which is a huge undergound shopping mall, it's not too bad.
Older folks (like me) should be aware the bedroom is a platform, with a mattress on the floor. The owner is going to add a memory foam topper for those who like it softer. We just added the duvets under the bottom sheet & it was fine for us.
We bought coffee/espresso pods for the Nespresso coffee maker, and thought it was a nice extra!
The balcony is very narrow - and the seats weren't very comfortable, but the huge windows made it unnecessary to sit outside, to enjoy the outdoors, There is a huge tree in the complex garden and a lovely view of the turrets of an old style Parisienne building.
There is a washing machine, but no dryer in the condo. But the washer spins the clothes so well they are close to dry when they come out (unlike most US machines) and dry easily on the provided rack - most by that evening - all by overnight!
All in all a marvelous place to stay for a week - we will be back!!

Un très bon point de départ et bonne arrivée pour un séjour (ou plus longtemps) à Paris, aussi quand on amène sa vieille mère de quatre-vingts ans.!!!
On a passé de très bonnes journées ici.
Le métro n'est pas loin, mais on peut aussi facilement faire un tour à pied au centre ville (par le jardin de Luxembourg par exemple)

We had some very nice days! The underground is not far, but one can easily walk to the city centre (via the Luxembourg gardens, e.g.)

Prima vertrek- en eindpunt voor een paar dagen ( of langer) Parijs, zelfs als je je moeder van 80 meeneemt!!!
We hebben geweldige dagen gehad. De metro is niet ver, maar je kunt ook rustig richting centrum wandelen (via de tuin bij het Luxembourg, bij voorbeeld)
Zeker aan te bevelen!!!

A bright, modern and well equipped apartment.
My daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights in September and I really can't think how the experience could have been improved upon. The apartment is clean, bright, airy and has everything you would need for a great break in Paris. The lounge, bathroom and kitchen are both well equipped. Nearby there are useful shops and transport facilities: Denfert Rochereau has a fast connection right to the centre of Paris.
This location was ideal for my daughter and I given our plans. Since the location is more residential than touristy, other visitors should assure themselves the location is suitable for their requirements.
Finally, the owners were outstandingly helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.
