NAUTICAL ESTATES: 2 BEDROOM/2 BATH CONDO ON 6TH FAIRWAY OF ISLAND GOLF COURSE. This is a, private gated community with pool, hot tub and golf course access. Boat/Trailer parking available inside complex. The island is where most of activities for the city are staged.
There are two launch areas on the island, SITE 6 and the MARINA, both no more than 1/2 mile away. Water sports equipment can be rented at the Nautical Inn or at the park on the island, (boat, jet skis, wave runners, paddleboards, etc.). The park also offers beautiful beaches, swimming areas, picnic tables, and playgrounds.
Shopping and eateries can be found with just a quick drive over the London Bridge. A scenic walking/jogging path is just minutes from the condo.
This updated condo has a 20X20' upstairs deck that offers a sweeping view of the golf course and the city.

We really enjoyed our stay in this bright,quiet & cozy end unit.We watched the spectacular sunrise from our master bedroom or spacious furnished patio.There was a great view of the golf course with the city & mountains in the background.It is a friendly complex.Don was very accommodating.It is even nicer than the photos.Thanks to Don & Connie for sharing their condo with us.We will definitely be back.Ron & Joan,Whistler B.C

Nice and convenient complex. Prop Mgr was easy to work with. Unit is well stocked with linens and dishes. We will defintely stay again. The unit is super close to the marina which makes launching the boat easy. Thank you for letting us stay at your property.
Property was exactly as described - very comfortable for my family of 5. Location is excellent for launching at Havasu Marina, shopping, and dining. Would definitely stay here again. The owner was helpful in returning our call and answering questions too.
This is our second year at this rental property and we would love to return every year. The condo has all the amenities you need. It is in a perfect location. Close to town and lake. Peaceful setting with golf course view.
Condo was great. Everything was just as advertised. Would have liked a better view but that is impossible in this area. We are boaters so access was great to the Marina and the Nautical.

Nearby is a park which includes (swim area, picnic tables, boardwalk, basketball court, restrooms and parking) . You are able to rent a jet ski/wave runner or paddle board at the park or Nautical Inn Resort on the island.(Nautical has boat rentals from pontoons to speed boats)
. There's a walking/ jogging path right out your front door. Your shopping needs are located just across the London Bridge.
