Little parisian apartment, perfect for two people who want to discover the capital. On the 7th floor (feel reassured: there is an elevator!) enjoy a rare sight: two balconies, one overlooking Eiffel Tower, and the other one overlooking the Sacré-Cœur
You are looking for a charming small "pied-à-terre" for a single person to spend a few days in Paris? Dot not look any more! This 10 sq. m. studio, clear and bright thanks to its balcony, is ideal for a short stay in the capital. Private bathroom and toilet, minimalist but sufficient kitchen; this apartement is functional. It has the additional benefit to be well served by the public transport. And the bonus: its 6 floors are forgotten thanks to the elevator!

In the heart of Paris, the 11th arrondissement, and more specifically the Oberkampf area, is one of the liveliest, trendiest, youngest and craziest of Paris. Full of restaurants as cheap and good as possible, of bars where hispters drink with usual customers, of concerts and artistic venues, you'll have SO much fun, I promise! At 200 meters away from the apartment is the best kebab place of Paris, Délices aux Mille et Une Epices. Here, give everything up for a marinated chicken with coriander, cinnamon and lemon, or an elaborated kebab sandwich with mushrooms and pickles. A wonder! Chez Justine, a traditional Parisian bistrot, you'll find the best chicken salad of the area and at Kyobashi, let you be seduced by a delicious bento. Otherwise, go for a fine sausage or a risotto at Le Marsangy and finish with a warm Tarte Tatin. As for the culture, you won't be disappointed either. The historical Place de la Bastille and its Opera are a short walk away. If you're a graffiti lover, you'll be pleased by "Le Mur", or "The Wall", at the corner of Rue Saint-Maur and Rue Oberkampf, a piece of wall given to various street artists free to paint it as they want. Every 15 days, you'll have the chance to discover new graffitis. Once your day is almost done, go for a cocktail, a beer or a glass of wine in one of the best bars of Paris: between L'Orange Mecanique, the Ufo, La Gouttière, Le Complot or even L'Assassin, you can be sure your night will be wild! Gosh I love this neighborhood!

I suggest your download the app “Bonjour Paris” on your Apple or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) store to make your stay in Paris memorial. Not only you can order amazing room services but you will also find the best things to do in Paris and some typical Parisian travel tips!
I like to add that the hot water tank is small and long lasting showers are not possible.
Have a nice stay in Paris!
