Super house in heart of the old town. House has 2 bedrooms, one a twin and one king on the ground floor each with sea views. There is a family bathroom and toilet plus a separate toilet.
Upstairs is a large living room with French doors overlooking the beach and a balcony with table and chairs and BBQ. Balcony gets afternoon and evening sun and faces west - super sunsets! There is a separate fully equipped kitchen off the living room with dishwasher, washing machine etc
The property also has a small garage so no parking worries. Garage is 202cm wide at its narrowest widening to 235cm by 450cm long.
The house is right on the beach so if you had children they could play right in front of you whilst you watched from the living room !
You will not find a better house closer to the beach ! House is also close to the high street for shopping and the local pub is also on the beach a few minutes walk away.
A good choice if you are looking for a beachfront cottage in whitstable, as there are very few actually on the beach. It is a comfortable cottage with a great view. However, for the price, we think it is in need of some modernisation internally. The bathroom and bedrooms are quite dated. We were also disappointed with the check in/out times. 09.30 is very early for a family to be packed up and gone by and a 16.00 check-in doesn't give much time to do anything that day. We were told this was to allow cleaning to be done, but other places manage to fit the cleaning into a shorter time frame. With a few changes this could be a great holiday choice.
We had a wonderful time in this lovely and comfortable house. Very close to the sea and just a five minutes walk from the town center and the nice restaurants by the beach. We can really recommend this one!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- the cottage is in a fantastic location, sitting right on the beach but also very close to all the lovely shops. The cottage itself is also very well equipped with everything needed. We would love to return at some point.
The house is absolutely lovely, amazing views and so close to the job of whitstabld but very quiet at night. The bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen are very nice and the lounge is stunning. Very reasonably priced aswell. We had a lovely time.

The location of the property itself is fantastic, literally on the beach! But with all amenities and shops etc within walking distance. Once we parked the car in the garage there was no need to use it for the whole 3 days as there was lots to keep us entertained. We had stayed during the oyster festival in whitstable which was a very busy time but still we managed to eat out and enjoy the local pub.
The property has everything you need for your stay....it's really well equipped to cook and eat in. We took all our own washing stuff and other essentials but there was no need as everything you might need could be found at the property with just a small donation to the honesty box.
The beds are comfy and there's plenty of cupboard space!
Andy the owner was very helpful and the whole process was painless, he even allowed us to take our 8 wk old kitten!
We had a really fabulous time here, helped by the gorgeously sunny weather and spent all the time on the beach or sitting out on the balcony watching amazing sunsets! We will definitely be going back.
Its right on the beach, a short stroll to the pub, restaurants and high street. You don't need a car to enjoy whitstable.
